You will certainly be ready cook those seaside meals with the Fully Equipped Kitchen including everything you need for your family meals including a Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher, Slow Cooker, and bar seating for 8. A Full Shared Bath is also available on this level.

Second Floor: Get ready for a restful stay in one of the well appointed bedrooms! Bedroom #2 features a Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV, access to the Deck, and a Private Full Bath offering a Walk-In Shower, separate Soaking Tub, and Double Vanity. Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 each provide a King Bed, TV, access to the Deck, and Shared Full Bath Access.

First Floor: Bedroom #1 provides a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Deck. Enjoy fun activities and games together in the Rec Room complete with a foosball table! (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
