Beautiful Large Townhome Steps to the Beach

3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome located in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC. Awesome location just across from the beach with an easy 3-4 minute walk. Close to aquarium, boat docks, fishing pier, restaurants, bars, Fort Macon State Park. Community swimming pool conveniently located right outside back door. Close to Morehead City, Beaufort and all the Crystal Coast has to offer. Parking is right outside of front door.

If you would like to see the contract before booking , please message us. Certain reservations may require a security deposit. Deposit will be taken via credit card pre-authorization while at the property.

This professionally decorated townhome has 3 bedrooms MAster-King , Guest - Queen and Bunk room with two bunks.. All 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Both master and bunk room have a balcony.

Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Bedrooms are complete with high quality linens and plush hybrid memory foam mattresses. A starter set of paper products, garbage bags, and bath towels are provided. Front door has a convenient coded lockbox for easy check-in.

Townhome is equipped High speed Wi-fi. All televisions are SmartTv`s, perfect for accessing your Netlix, YouTube, Amazon Prime accounts. Family room bunk room have Tvs.

Kitchen is well stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker . Also equipped with blender and toaster.

There is NO elevator in the three story unit.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: For any reservation booked via credit card on VRBO and then cancelled, there will be a non-refundable 3-4% processing fee. Additional cancellation policies applied by VRBO or another platform, are listed in the cancellation policy section on the listing in which ever platform you are booking through..

Location good, not too far from pool and beach. The queen sheets need to be replaced, the sheets were rough. Beds very comfortable! Kitchen was well supplied, knives were sharp, didn’t need to use the ones I brought. Overall great place and vacation. The gift basket was a very nice surprise, my daughter bought a bottle of the wine to take home. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was great, less then a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also walkable to some shops and restaurants. The community pool was enjoyed by all of us, and the kids played on the playground too. We also took a walk to the sound side of the island from the house, which may have been as much as 10 minutes but we walked slowly. If you want to fish, there is a community dock and boat ramp there. The house itself was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living areas were good sizes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Too many discrepancies

Dirty pan in oven with baked on grease and burnt crust, white residue on bottom of oven which looked like burnt plastic, dirty. Back porch outside shower and faucet not working, front door faucet not working.Screen door handle fell off.Blinds in 2nd floor bedroom missing and not working properly, too much light in room.Stated beach items in outside closet and we didn't bring our beach items, come to find out we couldn't get in closet and notified manager and they stated it had to remain locked because others were leaving it open. Grill in back patio was used with charcoal and we were informed it wasn't supposed to be there.

Very nice property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and they even had a welcome basket which was nice. The kids loved the pool and the beach is a short walk so everything was wonderful. I would love to come back.

Completely Satisfied

Spending Thanksgiving day and cooking our meal at this townhouse was perfect. Kitchen was fully supplied and TV area was comfy enough to watch lots of football. The surrounding area has lot of attractions and fun events. We loved it so much we booked our next stay to return June 2025!

Beautiful Large Townhome is REALLY Steps to the Beach

Home is well stocked with all the essential - and more - furniture, appliances and needs for every day! This townhouse really is large, really is beautifully decorated and just across the street from the beach. Our family was able to enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer in close proximity. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Gorgeous pool. Well stocked beach equipment. Plenty of seating for the whole family inside and out. Comfortable beds though the bunks were "hot" while sleeping due to the waterproof covers in place. We do wholly understand he necessity for the waterproof covers. The only downfall we found was the limited parking with no "overflow" area for other guests staying in the same unit. When you have 6 adults staying, there are more than 2 vehicles. The pictures don't do this home justice. The host is wonderful with communication. Clear and concise rules and regulations as well as all needs being met. Book this home for an enjoyable, worry-free stay!

Great place, pool and easy walk to the beach!

Well, unfortunately, it rained everyday of our vacation but we made the best of it. The place was clean and just right for us. Pool was great and the beach was a quick walk. Would definitely stay again and hope for better weather.

Great location at the beach

We love to stay at Seaside Villas when we come to Atlantic Beach! This unit was clean and accommodating. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach items and great location! We hope to be back to Atlantic Beach soon!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I knew I picked the perfect place when the husband said “this place is even nicer than the pictures.” Beautiful townhome with all the amenities - we felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and great restaurants in AB and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to make it back someday.

Perfect Location

Close to beach and good restaurants as well as Fort Macon and Aquarium. Plenty of tables and chairs by pool. Beds were so comfortable. This is our third year staying at this complex. Will definitely be back next year.

Atlantic Beach townhome

Beautifully decorated with all amenities. The pool was clean and warm. Parking was immediately in front of the door. The beach is across the road with a wood walkway access. The Aquarium (which was magical) was 5 minutes down the road. Beauforte is 10 minutes away. But our original mission was to go to the Star Party (a night ferry to Cape Lookout from Harkers Island). This was the perfect location to see all of the above. Thank you so much.

Perfect AB Townhome

We loved our weekend at Stacy’s townhome! Stacy was a great host. Checkin and checkout where simple and easy. The townhome is beautiful and welcoming. We’d love to take all the furnishings home with us! Highly recommend and will be back again!

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather for a few days. There was plenty of space, enough beds, stocked kitchen, beautiful decor. Made us feel right at home. The beach was only a few steps away where we enjoyed a daily walk. You’ll definitely want to stay here!
