Beach Life Up is the upper level 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Oceanside Duplex located in Atlantic Beach. Taller homes have taken the oceanview but a 1 block walk makes this a perfect spot for easy beach access and a real Beach Life experience!

When entering the property you will encounter the fully stocked Kitchen and comfortable Living Area with Smart TV and basic cable. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Smart TV with basic cable. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and Smart TV with basic cable.

Back deck has a Gas Grill for cooking up your fresh catch. Enjoy the large Front Porch with Deck Chairs and Picnic Table to catch the ocean breezes!

Note: Shared amenities with Ground Level Beach Life Down include the Enclosed Hot/Cold Bathhouse, Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer, miscellaneous Beach Toys, and Backyard to relax in.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
