"Beautiful cabin. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Really loved this place. Wanted to stay at Avery Lake to bring my Father one more time before he passes. Owner was really flexible when he got hospitalized during our initial planned stay. Can not say enough good things. Only improvement I can think of is updating the listing to make it clear it’s located on a channel that goes out to the lake. We were a little anxious going because we weren’t 100% the channel connected until we got there. "

"Amazing! Great location for snowmobiling, enough space for all us guys and our gear! Maintenance was great! Got a foot of snow while there and the plowing was done when we were out. Rooms were great, bed perfect, showers clean. We will for sure be back next year!"

"We e joyed and appreciated everything about this property! Clean, comfortable, all the necessities in a quite and pretty setting! We could not paddle the Sturgeon river as planned due to extensive rain, but all else was fantastic!
p.s., the bed is wonderful!"

"It was a nice place to stay but there is a couple things we didn’t care for. First, you cannot swim in the lake...it is far too weedy. It is a great fishing lake...especially for pike. Second, the bath on main floor has a nice jacuzzi tub , but no shower. The bath in the lower level (walk out basement) has a shower. Both baths are nicely done. Everything looks recently remodeled and most everything you may need is provided. Overall it was a nice place to stay."

"We found out that bunk beds don't work for old guys, One of the top bunks wasn't clean at check in. For a house that sleeps 12 there are only 8 plates.We did enjoy the fire pit and views of the lake at sundown were incredible."
