☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆



Drift off to sleep in one of the five comfortable bedrooms. On the main floor, you’ll find three beautifully-decorated bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-sized bed, a TV, and a desk you can use to get some work done (if you must). This room has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous double vanity and modern black fixtures.



The other two bedrooms on the main floor share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. One of them has a queen-sized bed and a desk, while the other has a king-sized bed.



Make your way downstairs where you’ll find two more bedrooms in the basement. One is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a single bed as well as a TV and a walk-in closet where you can unpack your belongings. The second bedroom downstairs has two single beds, ideal for younger or single members of your group.



There is a full bathroom in the hall to cater to these bathrooms. All three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, soap, and shampoo.

The open living area is perfect for hosting friends and family as it features a gourmet kitchen that opens up to the large dining area and beautiful lounge.



Make delicious meals in the charming kitchen, which offers plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dishes you need to feel at home. Help yourself to the cooking oil, salt, pepper, and garlic provided.



You’ll also find a breakfast table, so you can sit in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee before the rest of your group wakes up. Enjoy group meals around the spacious wood dining table, which has seating for 12-14 guests The ornate chandelier and numerous windows provide plenty of light to brighten the space where you’ll be making happy memories.



Step into the stylish living room and choose your favourite spot on the large sectional sofa to watch some TV. Grab some board games or toys and enjoy spending quality time with the whole group in this inviting space.



When you’re ready for more entertainment, make your way downstairs to the game room. The adults will especially love this grownup playroom, with a wet bar, TV, pool table, a foosball table, and a fridge to keep your favourite beverages cold.



If you’re traveling with little ones, you’ll be happy to find a crib, a Pack ’n Play, and a high chair in this family-friendly home so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own!



☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆



This vacation home is in a quiet cul-de-sac on a large lot that overlooks the forest. Head out to the lovely backyard to relax with friends and family and enjoy the greenery. Adults can play cornhole and croquet while children run around in the fenced backyard and enjoy the monkey bars and tube slide in the private playground.



In the evening, sit around the fire pit with your group and roast marshmallows while sharing funny stories and sipping some cocktails. Fire up the gas grill to make a delicious outdoor meal and enjoy it on the patio.



From this convenient location, it’s just a short drive to many nearby attractions. If you love playing golf, be sure to check out Heritage Golf Course.

Guest Access:

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire home, including the large fenced backyard, the children’s playground, the high-speed wifi, the games, and the pool table. The only part of the property off-limits is the maintenance closet. We welcome pets for an extra fee of $75 per pet per stay, and they must be included in your reservation request.



Please note there are security cameras outdoors on the front porch, carport, and backyard for your safety and security. There are also a couple of motion detectors indoors in the common spaces but these do not record.



Celebrations and meetings must be approved by the owner before happening on the property.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be out of the city traffic in a wooded residential neighborhood in Tucker, a friendly suburb just northeast of Atlanta. Tucker is a family-oriented community with many amenities for growing families. Over 230 acres of Tucker are parks and green spaces with lakes, creeks, trails, playgrounds, and sports fields.

Tucker is centrally located to nearby cities of Decatur, Stone Mountain, and downtown Atlanta, all of which offer an abundance of award-winning restaurants with food from almost anywhere in the world, must-see attractions, sporting events, and shopping.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around in Tucker is by car. We have parking at the house for 6 vehicles. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all available, too.

Lawrenceville Highway is the main route through Tucker. It intersects I-285, the major loop around Atlanta, about 10 minutes from the house.

Once you get into the city, you’ll have more opportunities for public transportation, including buses and transit rail. The Atlanta Streetcar is a fun way to explore the entertainment district.

The house is a 26-mile drive from the Atlanta airport — about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

SECURITY SYSTEM/CAMERAS: For your safety and security, our house is equipped with an active security system. Part of the security system are THREE OUTDOOR CAMERAS. One camera on the front porch, one camera in the carport, and one camera in the backyard. They will be on during your stay.



Thanks to the cameras, every time when someone rings the doorbell you can see your visitors on the screen of the panel and talk to them without approaching the door. The panel is located in the kitchen.



We also have 2 motion detectors inside the house. One in the living room and one in the downstairs kitchen. They will be on during your stay. Motion detectors have no video/audio recording ability.
