Would stay again!
Property was as shown on the website, very clean, nicely decorated and equipped. The communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. It is super convenient to AmericasMart (so a 5) but I gave the Neighborhood a 1 (average of 3). Downtown Atlanta can be a bit sketchy due to the homeless population.

Conference stay
Location is close to most everything we were doing. We were within walking distance from our conference and restaurants in the area. Ice maker doesn’t work and we had a little difficulty with figuring out the TV. However, everything else was definitely clean, provided a couple of washcloths and we had 4 people and provided hand soap but not bath soap. It was fine as we went to the store and bought our own. Had we known, we would have brought it with us. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the bath soap suggestion. Will add that to the shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, scope, and toothpaste. Hopefully that will cover everything so nobody needs to bring anything. Glad you had a nice time and would love to have you back for the next conference!

Can be your perfect location - I had a conference to attend and this was almost across the street and preferred to a hotel. Host was on point - all the little things were provided, no ticky-tack nonsense that can happen with rentals. At the end of the day, it's a 5 star to me because it was functional, clean and safe - plus little host provided perks. You will be almost on top metra/train, can walk to a lot & uber pickup all around. There's a few local & quality cuisine within walking distance, and tons of "touristy" restaurants, like Hard Rock. Hsu's is 2-3 blocks: best Chinese I've had in a long time. Not used to city life? It might take you a minute to acclimate, lots of people moving around all times of day/night, get used to the homeless, poor, etc asking for help - not pushy, but too many to provide help to all unless you are comfortable giving more $ to one or two a day. It's a touristy area but not a tourist destination, per se, if that makes sense.

Upon arriving at the air b&b, we were pleasantly pleased by the cleaniliness and although located in downtown ATL, it was very quiet behind our door. Our Privacy was never compromised nor was our experience hindered by other patrons. Our host was attentive and responsive during our entire stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great downtown location
Property was as described. For our purpose, to attend the Peach Bowl, the location was good. However, be aware there are alot of homeless people in this area who do not hesitate to ask for money. This is an older building but accommodated us well. Host is very responsive and helpful.

solid location, comfortable stay
Nice clean apartment/condo that was perfect for a couple. Walked everywhere, including to the Mercedes Benz Dome, CNN, Olympic Park, World of Coca-Cola and dining. MARTA to the airport was within a block. Happy with the choice

Perfect location!
We traveled to Atlanta to visit the Georgia Aquarium to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The location was perfect! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the Aquarium. We used MARTA from the airport, which was very convenient. The condo was just as described. Very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing!) and we really enjoyed the screened in balcony! There is a CVS Pharmacy down the block and a Liquor Store around the corner. Russell was great to work with. I had a question prior to our trip and Russell got back with me immediately. You really can't go wrong staying here!

Met our needs perfectly
We were in Atlanta for a conference and were very pleased with this apartment. Beautiful views from the 20th floor, great screened in balcony, very clean and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, nice furniture and pleasant staff in the building that were very accommodating. Communication was efficient and clear, the location was close to some great restaurants and a short walk from the MARTA stop. Couldn't have been better.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely miss our little Atlanta apartment! The views are fantastic, and the room was surprisingly very quiet even in the middle of downtown Atlanta. Highly recommend.

Russell’s Place Is Amazing!
Russell’s place was exactly how it was listed. Full size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living area, two smart TVs, smart light with Alexa and an AMAZING city view with screened in balcony! Place was clean! Had toothpaste,toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, waters, chips, extra linen and towels even coffee and creamer! His communication was very good and always got back to me quickly. Parking was right behind the building which was very convenient and had a loading dock for checkin/out! My fiancé and i will definitely be coming back when we need a get away back in the city!

Really Cool Place
My sister and I spent the weekend at this property and it was nice. Checking in was very easy. The location was fairly close (7-10 mins) to everything we'd planned to do. I was very satisfied with our stay. The property was equipped with everything we needed. Russell was nice enough to allow my sister and I to extend our checkout time at the last minute. He's a nice guy. My ONLY complaint about the property is parking. Not only is it expensive, but there's hardly ever any parking spots. Despite this I'd recommend Russell's place and would even stay again. I'll just find somewhere else to park. Lol.

Atlanta Trip
Planned a long weekend in Atlanta for a concert, eating and drinking and chose Russel’s unit on Peachtree Street. The apartment was perfect in all ways and Russel was extremely communicative and helpful. If you don’t mind short walks of under 1.5 miles you can’t find a better location. We walked to the Aquarium, Coca Cola facility, Mercedes stadium, the legendary Fox Theater for the show and many other places, plus numerous Uber rides under $10. We will certainly rent this place again next trip to Atlanta.

Great Location For Site Seeing
My wife and I came into town for The Walking Dead convention (my wife is a big fan). We stayed at Russell's place and here are all the things we loved about it and then just one small thing that we didn't. First the one small thing, the kitchen is small, I mean small (When you open the oven door it almost hist the cabinet opposite the stove) and there is no microwave. But that is minor and didn't stop us from making a great spaghetti dinner on one of our nights there. Despite it's size, Russell keeps it stocked with pots, pans silverware, paper towels, etc. so your good to go. OK, that's out of the way, here's why you DEFINITELY need to rent this place. The location is perfect, It's about 1/2 mile to Olympic centennial park. ALL of downtown Atlant's attractions surround the park, the Civil Rights Museum, The Coke Museum, The Aquarium, The Football stadium, etc are all there. Honestly, you don't even need uber or lyft. Plus (as I understand it, because we didn't do this) you can take MARTA (their train system) from the airport to the stop that is about 2 blocks away. AS for the condo it'self, it was SUPER neat and clean, it's in a well-protected building requiring a keyfob to enter. It is right near a (very small) park where the homeless hang out, We had no trouble leaving or entering the building and we walked everywhere. HERE'S THE REAL REASON YOU SHOULD STAY HERE: RUSSELL - He's AWESOME! We had a couple of small issues when we were there, I contacted him through VRBO and i swear he responded so quickly and took care of the issues so fast, it felt like he finished before I even sent the message. He's really that good. On every trip there's always going to be something that doesn't go right or gets mixed up or what have you, that's just the nature of traveling. But with Russell it's almost like having your own personal handler, like a rock star or movie star. He's that good and that efficient and that accommodating. I can't say enough about him. I would highly recommend this condo and Russell.
