Spacious and great location

Rented this property with 9 of my family members for a wedding we had in Duluth. Location was great and was very close to major grocery stores and a lot of restaurants.The rooms were very spacious and the basement was huge. Everyone had their own area to get ready and having 4 full baths helped speed up the process.We had no issues with the beds and pillows and we used the theater room every night! Sound system and video quality was great. Of course not everything is perfect but some minor things like loud noise when running the showers were not an issue in the grand scheme of things. Owner was responsive and even let us check out late with no additional fee. I’d recommend this property.

The house is nice and furnished well. However, some of the beds are very low. I also think a deep cleaning of the house itself is needed. The dust needs to be cleaned off living room curtains, and to replace some of the old cookware would really make it a Wow! Overall, it was a nice stay.Great location. Clean yard and security camera were welcomed.

Lovely stay. House was very clean.Everything was as described in the listing. Lots of space. Home theater was awesome.The only thing we found a bit different was the linens on the beds. There was only bottom sheets and nothing else other than a top cover. Also, the only pillows on the beds were what I would describe as decorative pillows. We had a lovely time. I would go back again.

The house was not as advertised! The furniture was not the same as online. The house needed to be pressure washed, shortage on towels, weird stove which only worked with their worn out pot and pans, serious plumbing issues and the house made weird noises while sleeping.

Northern Atlanta great stay near the TPC Sugarloaf and the River Club

Stayed at this property (5 people) in great comfort for 5-days - well maintained, brightly lit, nicely manicured lawn, great for entertainment, plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Loved the motion sensing lights in all corridors in the house and the basement is fun. The communication was excellent with the property manager.

The parents of the bride and the groom rested and destressed in this spacious home before and after our Atlanta wedding. The house caters to quiet conversations or distracted entertainment with it's game room and theater room.

Excellent Space

This house provides ample amount of space for sleeping and gathering. I had my 6 retail store managers staying for a company retreat and team meeting and the house hosted them perfectly. The downstairs space provided ample room for a guest speaker to make a presentation. All bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The house is fun and lighthearted. Excellent stay!

I loved that the home had more than enough space for my family and I. The home was clean. The only dislike I had was the stove only allows you to cook with their pots and pans. Also a cabinet fell off the hinges when opening the cabinet in the kitchen

Stay for a Travel Baseball Tournament

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for multiple families. The location was great and the house was very well stocked. However, the floors of the house could benefit from a good cleaning. I am not sure they were vacuumed or moped prior to our arrival as there were noticeable crumbs, hair, debris, etc., turning the bottom of socks black. There was also an active leak into the kitchen from the upstairs shower that we found out about when water started dripping into the kitchen. Overall, it’s a great house and had everything we needed. Communication with Danny was great, he was very prompt with his responses.

Great house for large group

We were in town for a baseball tournament and needed a large house for several families. This place was perfect! The downstairs had games and a movie room and a bedroom. It was perfect to put the boys down there. We never saw them except at meal times. The main floor has two bedrooms with king beds. Upstairs has another king room and a full bed perfect for more kids. There was plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. Full size washer and dryer came in handy for washing uniforms. Lots of bathrooms made it easy for 10 people to get ready in the mornings. Good, quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes from Kroger and other businesses. We will definitely choose this house again for any future tournaments in Atlanta.

The house is nice, however, we had to go in and clean the bathrooms and one of the bathrooms had mold beside the tub. It seems as though the owner is only cleaning the house at a bare minimum. Just enough to make it seems like the house is clean. We found a child toy under the table, a juice straw under the chair, pants left in the closet and cereal under the chairs in the movie room. I dropped something on the floor in the basement bedroom and had to lift up the bed to get to it and it was a bunch of items under the bed. Also, three of the five bedrooms beds are extremely low almost to the floor. This was an inconvenience for us because we had four elderly individuals with us that could not get down that low.

Fun girl's weekend

The house was spacious and very convenient to downtown Duluth (about a 10 minute drive). Main floor had a nice layout, very open, and high ceilings. Master bedroom had it's own bathroom. The only negative things we found were: the back door off of the family/living room seemed to be stuck. We were only able to open it one time and after that we could not get that door open. The instructions for the TVs need to be updated with the current passwords. The air hockey table was not working even after trying different outlets. For anyone with sensitivity to fragrances, this house might not be a good choice as each room had plug-ins that gave a very noticeable smell, and also the bedding was washed with detergent with fragrance. I would suggest upgrading bedding, since there were no blankets, only bedspreads. There was a fitted sheet on the bed but the top sheets were folded in the closet, and not every room had pillows. In a couple of the rooms we had to take the pillow out of the decorative pillow holder and find the pillowcase to put the pillow in. The house was clean and we did enjoy our stay.

Time for upgrades and deep cleaning!

The house was nice with plenty of space but needs a few upgrades and a deep cleaning. Beds are low except in Master Bedroom. Mattress and Pillows had large stains. Walkway to entrance and benches need power washing. Danny was pretty nice and even gave us an early check-in and a late check out. The check-in was smooth. Love the security cameras being up.. I would recommend this location if these complaints were dealt with. I see others have wrote reviews about the same issues. Okay let’s get it done! We Would come back again or maybe recommend this place if the issues are fixed.. Nice location.

Company Leadership Retreat

I wanted a large house that would both accommodate my company's leadership team and make them feel special and unique. This house worked perfectly! Everyone had space to spread out. We used the large open room downstairs for a guest speaker and for trainers. The location was convenient to Top Golf and Andretti's. The flow of the space, pool table, and unique decor made for a memorable experience. It was everything we had hoped to achieve!

This HOME WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS!! It is a quiet and peaceful place. It has everything you would need. DANNY WAS GREAT ‼️He was there for anything that you needed. I will be back.

Duluth, Georgia it a nice place to stay.

The house was amazing. A lot to do in the house didn’t have to go out much. I really loved the fact that there was more then enough trash bags and toilet paper. I would recommend this house to people.

The best trip ever!

The check in was so smooth. The house was beautiful! It had everything we needed. I had a big group and it still was big enough for us to be comfortable the whole trip. The Movie Theatre was everything and more. The parking space was also exceptional. I’m never staying somewhere else honestly. Next bday trip I’m coming right back!

My Fantastic stay

It was amazing experience. Loved the lighting and the security screen surveillance inside the house as well as thr many amenities such as the cool theater room. It was like you were at an actual movie.
