You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. You're in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5-minute walk to either.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

After a day in the city, you can come back to an easy place to decompress - cook something simple, put your feet up, and let the skyline feel close without ever feeling rushed. When the air outside is crisp, the patio or balcony offers a sheltered pause between the energy of the streets and the calm of the condo.

The Space
You’ll have the entire condo inside Peachtree Towers, a well-known downtown high-rise with an elevator and self check-in by keypad for a smooth arrival. The layout connects the living area with the kitchen and dining space, making it easy to move between working, cooking, and winding down. Heating and air conditioning, plus ceiling and portable fans, help keep the space comfortable through Atlanta’s cooler season and beyond. A TV with standard cable is ready for a low-key evening in.

Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bath. Linens are provided, along with clothing storage in a closet, hangers, and an iron to help you settle in quickly for short stays or longer visits. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is available upon request.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for guests who like to keep meals simple and flexible during a downtown stay, with space to cook and a dining table nearby for relaxed dinners after a busy day. Coffee is provided, making it easy to start your morning before heading out.

Work, laundry & essentials
WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work and business travel. Bathroom essentials and everyday essentials like towels and bed linens are provided. For longer stays, paid washer and paid dryer facilities are available in the building. Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more, and housekeeping can be arranged at extra cost.

The building has an elevator and a private entrance with a separate street or building entrance. Paid parking on premises and paid parking off premises are available.

Neighborhood
Set in Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re positioned for business hubs, conferences, and the city’s major attractions. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are both within a short walk, keeping the city easy to navigate without a car.

Safety & security
Exterior security cameras are located in common areas, including elevators and entry doors, with no cameras inside the condo. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
