Spacious Atlanta apartment 15 minutes from downtown

Welcome! I'm Lauren, the property owner and host. While this is a downstairs apartment in the main home, it is completely separate from the remainder of the house and has its own private entrance. Enjoy beautiful trees surrounding the property and a sprawling front yard.

We tried to think of everything you could need to feel at home here, but if there are any everyday items we missed please let us know.

The space
Newly updated fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment rental with private access. In the bedrooms, find one queen size bed in each. In the living room, find a couch and flat screen TV; and in the full kitchen, find a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and bar height dining table with stools. This home has WiFi. Guests have access to a laundry closet either on Saturdays or Sundays, and they don't have to go up any stairs or go outside to use it.

Guest access
This is a quiet and beautiful community, but a car or Uber plan is recommended to get to and from downtown Atlanta. The home has ample parking along the long driveway. Guests are asked to park on the side nearest their unit door, in front of the garage.

Other things to note
The long dirt driveway makes for plenty of parking, but drive slowly on it. Also note: there is a treehouse on the property that has not been verified as safe for use, so please stay clear of it.
