Renovated 2br/1.5ba Townhome near the Beltline

Charming newly renovated townhome conveniently located near Ponce City Market and the Beltline, which can get you to many other parts of Atlanta by foot, bike, and/or scooter.
Parking is included and major streets and highways are not far away. One bathroom is shared by the 2 bedrooms, with another half bathroom downstairs. The living room has a flatscreen TV with a comfortable couch to watch it from. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook your own meals. Don't miss out!

This townhouse was the perfect fit for my teen & I while we were visiting Atlanta. The kitchen & living room were a great setup & the beds were comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great location. Jesse was very accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!I did try using the oven while there and noticed it smelled like gas, so I turned it off and just stuck with the stove but outside of that, everything was great!

Probably the best VRBO experience we've had. The townhome was tidy and comfortable, the surrounding area is very safe with plenty of options for food and drinks. You're no more than 15 mins from downtown, the aqauriam, world of coca cola, mercedes benz stadium etc. The host is fantastic, she responds quickly and answers questions clearly and in detail. Check in instructions were sent in an adequate amount of time as well. The only thing I would say is the parking is tight. So if you're driving something like a Yukon XL or a 2500 truck, you are going to have a very difficult time getting in and out of the drive. But street parking in an option.

I stayed at the townhome for 9 weeks during a summer clerkship in Midtown. The location was perfect, parking on the street was no problem at all (although there is parking right in front of townhome, but I have a pickup truck), and the townhome was very comfortable. I had no issues whatsoever and the property manager was always available for any questions I had. Also, the location of the townhome was perfect to the Beltline, which made the Saturday market so easy to get to. Thanks again, Jesse.

Nice place, great location

Everything went great. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are small but adequate. Only minor issue is that the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Location was awesome...for walking and driving to different parts of the city.

Great Mid Town Location

Great property in a great neighborhood. Close to restaurants, bars, and other activities. The only negative is that I didn’t like having to pay a non-refundable insurance policy. Owner should perhaps consider a refundable bond instead. I would still stay at the property again.

Wonderful lodging! Great management of the property

A friend & I stayed at this property for 4 nights. The place was great! Very comfortable, very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils/tools we needed. I've stayed in Atlanta at least once a year, and i'd have to say this property has been my favorite. Great location. Walking distance from a lot of fun stuff. Also, the management was incredible. We had a busy evening, so emailed to see if we could get in a little earlier than the official check-in time. No problem at all, which made our schedule so much more doable. Really appreciated everything about this stay!

Great spot for Stones show

This was a great place to stay for The Rolling Stones concert at Mercedes Benz stadium. It was a short drive over and back. We got to return to the Virginia Highland neighborhood which is totally walkable. The property was very clean with very easy checkin and checkout. Parking was a little tight but spots were reserved and navigable with a little help from my friends. It was a great place to stay for our concert weekend.

I don’t think you can pick a better place between the marvelous host, cute house, and excellent location for visiting Atlanta! I definitely hope this place is a available again the next time I’m in town.

Atlanta getaway to visit son

Great location and great VRBO. Safe area, close to walking trails, parks, groceries, restaurants and our son. Well stocked with everything you will need. Parking is also included which was great! Would definitely stay again. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could!

Wedding weekend getaway!

The home was in the perfect location - within a cute neighborhood and close to a lot of walkable activities which was fun for us as we preferred not to rent a car for the weekend. The home did not have cable TV or any way to watch anything so make sure you have your own account information to watch anything. Also, there aren't a ton of cozy blankets to use when sitting in the living room. Overall, the place felt clean; however, the water from the sink and in the toilet was a murky yellow color which grossed us out a lot. We reached out to the host and he said he would look into it though. Overall, the location was great and the home was good.

Spring Break Trip

This is the perfect location to get to so many of the attractions in Atlanta and it is walking distance to fun places to eat and shop. The townhome was perfect for us and there was everything we needed. No quick trips to Kroger needed for this VRBO but Kroger is just a short walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying here. The binder left for us had tons of information.

A wonderful experience!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was very clean with a lot of special touches that made it feel homey. It was in a great location and we felt safe. We did not need anything while we were there, so we did not need to speak directly with the host. All of the information was given via email and through a folder that was left in the condo and it was very helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here again.
