Posh Townhome in Beautiful Lake Claire

Intimate, quiet and yet accessible, the property is adjacent to Lake Claire Pool. Close by are 4 great restaurants: Ration and Dram, Sun in my Belly, Lazy Betty and Flying Biscuit. Situated between East Lake and Candler Park Marta Stations, walking distance also includes Candler Park, Kirkwood Dog Park and Pullman Yards.
The space
Ceilings are 10'-0" high in the open plan living room - perfect for respite after long shifts, remote work or walking the city! The kitchen's iconic Pearl Grey Georgia Stone center island has new and excellent appliances for use. Hardwood floors and Italian Carrarra marble counters are throughout the home.
Guest access
Access is through the front entry door. Living, dining, kitchen on the second level and bedrooms and full baths on the third level. Remaining storage spaces are off limits. Park directly outside October to end of April. Park 15 yards away May to end of September.
Other things to note
The bedroom has a 9'-1" ceiling, black out shades, and top notch linens for your stay. Spacious with great sunlight throughout the day this is the place to be.

Great Location!

I was here for my Homecoming weekend. The location was so convenient to downtown! Neighborhood was beautiful. Not fun for older knees though. 2 steep sets of stairs and a very low sofa. We unpacked in the living room. We made it work! If you sleep in the master bedroom you will hear the MARTA train and cars on the main street. Charlie was very prompt when responding. Very close to good coffee shop that had great breakfast. Great area for restaurants. I would stay again!

Perfect stay

My family was in town for my daughter’s wedding. The condo was roomy and very clean. The kitchen had nice appliances. We loved the balcony as well as the location. The surrounding condos were high end. I recommend!

Home Away from Home.

This was the first time my wife and I had stayed in an Air B&B. It was just like being at home. Close to everything and if you had to travel, it was 20 minutes away from everything else. The Manager was great and very helpful. If we ever stay in Atlanta again, this property will be our first choice.

Family vacay

Great location. Easy access to all major tourist attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Zoo Atlanata, and College Football Hall of Fame. There are lots of restaurants within close proximity of rental. Parking is kind of tight in the Summers with the pool club next door, but with access to private garage, we never had an issue. Charlie, the host, went above and beyond in making sure that we had what we needed during citywide water main break that left us with no water for 2 days in rental and was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would recommend rental to others looking for a nice and convenient place to stay in Atlanta.

ATL Stay at Lake Claire

Booked this for college graduation weekend. This was a great location. It is secluded but close to the highway. Very walkable community. Parking is odd but there is a garage for this rental. It accommodated my family perfectly. The home is furnished well and the patio is nice to sit out and relax. I would book this property again. The host is responsive and gave clear directions on everything.

The whole building is cleaning. Perfect place for my kid to stay. The neighborhood is clean and safe. If I come back to Atlanta , I definitely gonna stay here again !

Perfect stay!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The property was lovely and just as pictured. It was perfectly located for easy access to the airport, downtown and Emory University. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and check out even easier. I will definitely look to stay here again for my next visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place for a quick stay.

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and the owner was easy to work with as well. Our full size suv fit in the garage which was nice as the parking spots were full a lot of the time. The stairs were a concern for us with a 3 and 7 yr old, especially with no gates. My only real complaint was the master room didn’t have blinds, which made it bright at night from the lights outside and it is right by the train tracks so it was very loud, thankfully we had a sound machine for the kids to drown out some of the noise.

Great property in Great location

Love the neighborhood and super convenient to downtown. This is definitely where I'd stay when in Atlanta again. Charlie was 100% responsive which was really appreciated.

Fabulous neighborhood gorgeous townhome perfect host

Everything was exactly as pictured and promised. Charlie was an exceptionally responsive and gracious host the property was beautiful, spacious and inviting. Will definitely book there again next trip to Passion conference in Atlanta.

Perfect Home

This home was in the best location. My family and I came up for a quick Christmas getaway. We went to the Aquarium and Stone Mountain. This home was in a perfect location. The place is clean and quick, had extra pillows and blankets. Nice place to rest.
