Nice for the price

Convenient, clean and comfortable. The master bathroom could use more counter space. Also the front yard needs TLC and is not maintained. Overall good stay and nice. Loved the location.

We had a 5 night stay. The WIFI was spotty. The house looked like it was abandoned when we drove up. The grass and shrubs were over grown. Inside the house needed cleaning. The kitchen floor needed to be cleaned. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. The master bathroom had mildew on the ceiling. The living The living room couch was old and very dirty.

Family in Smyrna!

The house is very comfortable with lots of natural light. The kitchen and dining table were perfect for family dinners of 3 generations. We would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive and check-in and check-out were easy and stress free.

Peaceful family weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the weekend! Communication with the owner was very easy, and they were responsive to all our questions. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the keyless entry system, which made everything hassle-free. I should have received a refund!!!!

My family and I could NOT travel to the house we rented!!! We are coming from NC and had to travel thru SC to get to Georgia and this was NOT possible due to Hurricane Debby!! Closed roads, flooding, State of Emergency called in these states!!! We were devastated but it was out of our hands...I have been in contact with Vrbo (starting on Tuesday 8/6) about a full refund...I will continue to try to get this refund!!! Please help me with this matter!!! I would hate to report Vrbo to the Better Business Bureau about this matter...I feel that I am getting the ¨Run Around¨!! Mrs Kearns ID# HA-C00YV8

Great space near Truist!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. There were plenty of bedrooms, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. While the living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable, the bonus play space in the basement was awesome for us. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet; we would definitely stay here again!

Gem in Smyrna

Wonderful place with modern appliances and decor. Beds were amazing. Host was easy to contact-even at a later hour to answer questions. Great location for easy drives east, north and south to downtown, even to other stadiums. Happy were able to cook and eat in as well as enjoy the selection of places to eat out (and exercise) nearby.

Don’t pass this one up!

We stayed here for almost a week with a family of 5 (two teens, mom and dad, grandma). Everything was so clean and comfortable. Grandma has very limited mobility and had no trouble at all navigating the house (except the basement, which she didn’t need). There is a Kroger less than a mile away for any groceries you may need, with plenty of refrigerator/freezer space. There were several Keurig cups to get us started, but with 3 coffee drinkers, we did need to get a small box (and left the remaining). We visited the aquarium, zoo, world of coke, fernbank museum, and the botanical gardens. Everything was around half an hour away, which was perfect. Outside of the city, but only a short drive to get to everything. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we felt safe at all times. The table was plenty big enough for our board game day. Don’t miss out on Ted’s Montana Grill-it was amazing. The host, Lee, is very responsive and friendly. We have zero complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat whenever we’re in town.

Easy Access to Atlanta Sights

This was a wonderful house for the family, with lots of space. My children had a great time playing with the game table in the basement. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from and easy access to all of the places in Atlanta that we wanted to visit!

Great Place

Me and my family visited for a birthday party and this house was perfect. Very clean and we didn’t have any issues while we were there. The only downside is that in 3 rooms they didn’t have a TV. I didn’t mind but my family members are old lol and they wanted a TV…Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect for a weekend at Truist Park!

Perfect location for a weekend at the Braves Game! Only 10 minutes away! The perfect amount of rooms and great size living space! Host was great and quick to answer any questions! Defiantly will be booking a return!

Baseball stay

We came to Atlanta to watch some Braves games. This house was perfect for that. A short drive from a quiet neighborhood that is close to many amenities while also being a short drive to the airport and downtown Atlanta. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent cottage

This adorable house is beautifully redone on the inside. We stayed with three teens and had enough room to relax and work between baseball games. King sized beds for every room. It’s a real gem. Plenty of nice restaurants in Smyrna. Super close to the Battery.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, a very nice house and location. We were in town for a baseball weekend at truist park and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to grocery, food and short drive to the battery. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.

Family trip great location

We had 4 adults staying at the property plus family gatherings for 11.the open floor plan and large kitchen. Table made it possible to enjoy several game nights! Quiet street close to silver comet trail allowed for us to get out and enjoy nature when not gathering for graduation celebrations Owner was VERY responsive.

4 king beds and 2 full bathrooms

The property is as advertised. Quiet family neighborhood in a great location. Just 30 minutes from most attractions. There was some cable but we hooked up our own Roku. The house definitely sleeps 8 with plenty of room downstairs. The master bedroom is nice. The other two bedrooms are a little on the smallish side. If you have adults who need to plug in CPAPs the two smaller bedrooms will be crowded as they each only have one bedside table. We used our cooler on one side to get around this. Shower water pressure was good, no wands if that's important to you. Overall, a great jumping off point.

Long weekend family trip
