The Space -
This architectural modern gem, filled with natural lights was built in 2009 and features green certified large windows and hardwood floor throughout. This is an entertainer’s delight, with an oversized open floor plan and an abundance of outdoor space. Enjoy your morning coffee at the porch. Day dreaming on the hammock and unwind in the evening with a wonderful city view roof top lounging area.
The ground level has a large garage. The main level leads to the large and open Italian kitchen featuring marble countertops, Fisher/Paykel appliances and a stainless steel island. Open concept dining and living areas are next to the spacious porch.
The bedroom level offers three serene bedrooms and two upscale bathrooms. Rest on the high end beds, protected by the premium hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasings to ensure good night sleep. Relaxing at the jacuzzi or sip a drink from the minibar at the rooftop lounging deck to wrap up a wonderful day.
• We may be able to take up to 2 non-shedding well-behaved adult dogs that are house trained. Please confirm your dogs meet our criteria and add them to the reservation when booking.
• Garage door opener remotes are available with a deposit.
• The rooftop bar is not stocked. You will bring your own beverages.
• This is a technically a duplex because there is one other unit that is attached by a small portion of the closet walls. This is the front unit. We own both the front and back units.
• This is a vertical living space. All rooms require stairs.
• This listing is for overnight stays of up to 12 guests. Please add all guests including children and pets to the booking. Any person beyond booked guests arriving at any time to the property will be treated as an event rental add-on that the guest agrees to pay.
EVENTS: We offer lodging guests a special hourly rate. Minimum 4 hours to have an event.
FILMING: We offer lodging guests a flat fee per day and we will point you to a filming platform to book after booking the overnight stay.
• The person booking must be over 25 and staying the entire time.
• This home is strictly NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes at both Inside and Outside of the home.
• Violators will result in termination without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and replacement costs of rugs and curtains will be charged.
• Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Violators will result in termination without refund and are responsible for fines issued by government authorities.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.
• Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm and super early check-in before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.
• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged for every hour past 11 am.
