Welcome to "The Georgian"- Updated condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta with 5 -star amenities. Close to the best of Atlanta's nightlife, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, and the airport. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, America's Mart, shopping, and more. You will love the space for the comfort, kitchen, laundry/iron and central location. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a couples get away.

Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery.

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building.

Located on the 19th floor of the historic Peachtree Towers you get amazing skyline views! The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Updates everywhere! Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings, socializing with friends or a relaxing evening with your loved one. Sparkling bathroom. Dimming lights for relaxing. 50 inch TV with cable and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to

I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed..

Surface parking lot right next to the building. parking deck a block away. Street parking.

NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Added giant extra charges at checkout & didn't refund deposit to credit card

Everything was good except hundreds of extra dollars were added at checkout...and $200 refundable deposit for damages wasn't refunded automatically to my credit card & manager never responded to my requests for return of damage deposit. Also with only 3 women at only a 4-day stay, we ran out of toilet paper and coffee.

Birthday Getaway

We stayed here when we came to town for a 4 yr old birthday party in Atlanta . We came a day early to take the grandchildren to the Aquarium & it was perfect . It was close to where we had to go as well . Plenty of room . Wish it was warmer for using the lovely screen porch . Only drawback was the king mattress n pillows could be renewed . Way too soft for our liking . Plenty of room for us though !!! Will hope to use again ! Thank you for sharing with us .

Worst Place Ever

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I did not feel safe staying here. The building and room were not clean. You cannot change the temperature in the room. The microwave and ice maker were broken. The final straw for us was that my husband woke up eaten alive by something. We think it was bed bugs although the property manager contests that and moved out immediately. Do not stay here.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, though the size and layout were perfect and the location was great for our business trip, the property itself is in need of much care. The kitchen is not adequately stocked; we asked for forks - there were none, our host had them to the apartment by that afternoon. Some of the cabinets were filthy, the pots and pans were generally old and at end of life, the nonstick was nonexistent. Outlets were hard to come by, lighting in the master bedroom was inadequate, master bathroom was in very rough shape mildew in the grout, peeling ceiling. The mattress was horrific. We were there on business and I did not sleep the first two nights. The second bedroom had a much better mattress and when our third person left, we swapped sheets and moved into that room. The second bathroom was also in better shape, but the faucet was missing a part and the ceiling also was not in great shape. The worst part was that the floors were so dirty and sticky that if you took your shoes off your feet they were black in five minutes. It looked nice, but I believe they mustā€™ve left cleaning residue which then attracted more dirt, I donā€™t know but I wrapped a couple of washcloths around my feet after I showered the last day, and in five minutes they were black. I am not exaggerating. Again, the host was very responsive came out and reinstalled a hanging outlet, tried to do something to the bed though it didnā€™t help, and dropped off forks. But this unit Needs work. If youā€™re not picky and have business at GWCC it could work.

Great Location/Great Value

We enjoyed the apartment overall but there were some quirks. A lot of the apartment was without lights or light bulbs so consequently the 2nd bedroom was totally dark. And as others have noted, we did not care for the windowed bathroom door which did not lend itself to privacy. The location was spectacular and we had a great time. Also loved the little liquor store on the corner.

Nice but not clean

Sheets, pillow cases, and linens available for couch bed were not clean or easily accessible. As a previous vrbo owner these details are important. Used Soap was left in shower. A deep clean is also warranted.

Mini Vacation

Nice condo in downtown Atlanta. Within walking distance to attractions and restaurants! Condo was very roomy for our family of five. I definitely recommend this place to stay!

Peachtree Towers Visit

This was a very nice location and property. The rooms were spacious as described. The owner was very accommodating with requests for more towers for our 6 guests. There were a few things that needs repairing and cleaning. The worst was the main bathroom tub did not drain properly and there was mold around the tub. There was also heavy dust in the vent in the main bathroom in which I dusted off as much as possible. Again, the owner was as accommodating as possible.

Atlanta weekend

2 couples traveling to Atlanta for a weekend music fest. Everything was just as weā€™d hoped. Location was great, walking distance to many attractions and Uber super fast for farther destinations. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and Ryan was very quick to respond to a few questions we had. We will definitely book here again on the next trip to Atl!

Peachtree Condo Downtown

Very nicely appointed apartment in a great location. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was the cleanliness was something to be desired, while all surfaces (kitchen, bathrooms) and linens were clean, the floors werenā€™t very clean especially in the harder to reach places you could tell havenā€™t been cleaned in some time. With small children who drop things on the floor a lot it wasnā€™t ideal. But this isnā€™t the apartments fault and I definitely liked everything else from check in through the duration of our stay. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better location for all the activities we did.

The thing I liked best about this property was its location was convenient to everything. It was a relatively short 15-20 min +/- walk to the GA World Conference Center. There was a good place for breakfast just a block away (The Corner Bakery). There are also good restaurants within walking or low cost Uber distance. Also just a block away is the Red Phone Booth Speakeasy that is a great cigar bar. As for the unit itself it was somewhat disappointing. The only real complaint we had was the second bathroom shower drained so slowly my companion was up to his ankles in shower water. The sink in that bathroom was also slow. Other than that there were just a dozen little things that added up for me. Insufficient lighting in the MBR, glass doors in the 2nd bedroom (even with blinds) let light in at night from the living room and kitchen. A glass door in the Master Bathroom doesn't sound like a bad idea until your spouse can easily see you sitting on the toilet. There was also only 1 end table in the MBR and access to only 1 wall outlet, the other was behind the bed. Fortunately for me I brought a power strip to plug in my various devices. Also there is no local TV stations. You get YouTube and another app I wasn't familiar with or wanted to take time to learn. So no TV for me. So like I said, a dozen little things, but I would not be inclined to return here.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We arrived very late and the front desk was super nice and helpful in letting us know what to do. The apartment was very clean and nice. We were gone most of the time, but for the little bit of time we were there it satisfied our needs. We had a patio and that was great considering most hotels don't and it was a cool night to relax after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a baby! I definitely recommend Ryan's place if you are staying in ATL!

Great Stay!

Loved the unit. We sold at AmericasMart and the walk was only 1 block. Unit was clean and very nice. I was concerned about the heat OR air situation, but as soon as the sun went down the unit cooled off nicely. We'll definitely stay again.

Awesome apartment

I've stayed in this building before and always found the units to be nice. This one was even nicer. It was remodeled beautifully. It was comfortable and convenient! Walking distance to everything down town.
