* Parking is limited, and the house is on a busy street so there is no street parking. Booking reservations do not include a guaranteed car parking spot; there is just one parking area per car available on a first-come, first-served basis.
* No matter what, food trash must remain in the kitchen area for proper disposal every day.`

• Not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture
• Extra cleaning fee for excess fur or damages
• Unreported pets = fee & possible removal

• A $7/day usage fee will be charged separately after checkout
