My experience with this place was terrible. The first day we got there we walked in to leaking floors, no hot water, a mildew smell, no heat and roaches. We stayed for 5 days and only had hot water once. The bedrooms were freezing cold because the heat was not working. Ray came over twice to so called fix the problems but nothing ever got fixed. One day he just pooped up with no notice then promised to return the next day but we never heard from him the remainder of the stay. We woke up to puddles of water on the floor every day in one of the bedrooms. The only thing Ray provided us to fix the problem were towels to put on the floor and they were soaked every morning. We had to go buy candles to try to get rid of the mildew smell. I was promised to receive a refund for one night which I still have not received.I have proof of that promise in a text that I had to send to me. I reached out to Roy once I returned home and he never responded. The shower rod fell on my friend's head because it was not placed securely. It was something crawling around in the attic and we could hear it at night. Sound like it was trying to get out. I have videos of the wet floors and the roaches. They were crawling on the walls and floors and one even crawled on my friend. This was the worst experience I ever had. I would never stay at any of his properties again.
