Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the maintenance closet reserved for our cleaning team.



Guests will be granted access through a keyless entry system. The keypad is located at the front door only. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

We are a local, family-owned business that takes pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for every guest. We work hard to ensure you have a wonderful experience. We live just a few minutes away from the property and are available anytime, so we are often on-site and available whenever needed, so please don’t hesitate to reach out during your stay.



We’re more than happy to provide you with complimentary streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN during your stay. However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards.



🔊 Neighborhood & Noise Notice – Unit B



This home is part of a duplex (Unit B) located in a multi-family residential area. As such, you may occasionally hear normal day-to-day noise from the neighboring unit (unit A) or surrounding community. This is a standard part of the living environment. Most guests and, sometimes hosts, in the other unit are respectful of quiet hours after 9pm but as this is outside of our control there could, of course, be occasional exceptions. Please notify us if needed.



Cancellations or refunds will not be granted due to noise. Quiet hours start after 9pm.





There is a security camera in front of the house facing the street for extra security.



🐞 Pest Control Notice



Due to Georgia’s warm climate, occasional insects may be present despite regular preventative treatment. We proactively partner with a licensed local pest control company, which services the property every 90 days.



Please note that we are not pest control professionals and rely on licensed experts for treatment. If any concerns arise, we will promptly contact our provider and request service as soon as possible. However, response times, especially during peak seasons, are not guaranteed due to increased demand.



Please remember that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property, be conscientious of wasting energy and turn off all the lights in the house and keep the space clean before you leave.
