PLEASE NOTE: This is a triplex building and this is one of the units in this location. The pool mentioned is a community pool associated with Mozley Park historical neighborhood. This pool is a 3 to 5 mins walk for our home and/or a 1 mins drive away.

NOTE: There is a lovely dog park at Mozley Park for the dog lovers in all of us! If you are planning on having a pet in our home, there is a $150 pet fee that is required.
