A hospedagem deixou muito a desejar.
Passamos em média de uma semana neste hotel. As camas faziam barulho ao se sentar, a internet de péssima qualidade, durante este tempo não fizeram limpeza no quarto, as toalhas só foram trocadas porque pedia toalhas limpas na recepção do hotel. No site informava que havia café da manhã, mas não passou de um balcão na entrada do hotel em que nos posicionávamos de pé para tomarmos café, muffin e cereal, únicos alimentos que nos disponibilizavam. Nada de frutas, pães ou sucos. No 5º dia faltou papel higiênico e, procurando a recepção, nos informaram que "toalet paper" estava em falta no hotel. Como improviso nos deram uma caixa de lenços de papel. Durante a noite ouvia ruídos nos apartamentos vizinhos. Havia luzes queimadas no apto e a geladeira não funcionava.

You will stand at the front desk without anyone there! When I arrived I stood there for awhile without a lady coming up. It’s NOISY! And also I wasn’t aware animals are allowed. So you will be hearing lots of barking and can hear the person next door to you as if they are in the same room. Bathroom doesn’t have a vent, the AC under the window made a horrendous noise that I had to turn it off. Read the review for yourself, STAY AWAY! My last and final issue is that I was so done being there that I checked out a day early. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while it was empty, finally the guy checked me out and acknowledged I was leaving a day early. I got a call the next day asking if I wanted to extend my stay.. umm, I already checked out! These people are clueless. Please get a different hotel!

Parking area was limited. On arrival- 2 police cruisers and suspects in handcuffs were on sidewalk of the property. We called for late arrival and we're told that check in is closed between 12AM and 3AM. The desk clerk was able to get the check in done due to a delay in their system going down.The elevator was out of service. All fire doors were propped open with various items(box, towel,etc). Side exterior door had a crumpled pack of cigarettes inserted to prevent it locking. The room itself was decent, but not reflective of the pictures. The deposit for incidentals was treated as a charge and not a hold( unlike most other properties). I can not recommend this property and based on this experience I can not recommend the chain.

The elevator was broken only stairs available, the building and rooms had a terrible odor. I couldn’t even bring myself to stay for the night. I checked out and left. I will say technically the room itself was nice but the odor was terrible.

The Power Ferry Extended Stay location called me around 3:00pm to say they had no room and transferred my reservation to the Extended Stay location on Leland…I get there and the front desk agent was rude and cancelled my reservation.
