    Quiet time after 10pm

    Beautiful property, the only thing they should probably look into is quiet time after 10pm on a Friday and Saturday night, that’s when the city is live!

    The owner did well, a child woke up me up in the morning from stomping running upstairs

    I walk outside and a relative of his was in my car! Maybe his dad or someone of this nature. He may be suffering from old age, but was confused about my car. It’s still not okay, I didn’t report it to him, after the kid waking me every morning and his ppl in my car I just was over it and ready to leave.

    The place was very cute and appropriate for a couple. Very noisy from owners living above

    They asked to keep noise down after 10 pm but we would be awaken at 3:00 am or sometimes midnight, we tried to follow rules but we should also we’re expecting some consideration to our sleep time

    Strong pet odor

    When arrival parking was difficult some contractor was blocking the space. The smell of the unit was the turn off. There was a strong dog smell in the unit. I went to store to get spray but it was no match. The loud footsteps above took time getting use to. We were woken up Saturday by dogs barking at a door in the bathroom when they heard any noise. My wife allergies went crazy in the unit. There is no TV in the bedroom only in the living space. It was hard to figure out at first. This place only for two ppl max. They make you pull your own trash out. On a positive note it is close to alot of things.

    Perfect location/neighborhood it’s close to everything 10-20 min driving distance. Beautiful little apartment that made me feel very comfortable and cozy! The drive way for guest parking wasn’t the best it’s small and down a steep hill but everything went great ! 10/10 recommend !

    This place is scary

    When I arrived the place was in the back of the house by a dirty pond and garage. It was no lights, trees and the host was outside in the rain when I arrived. She would not say anything to me. She practically ignored us. It was Halloween so we were spooked and left. I advised here we would not stay and she never replied.

    Very nice place, very clean, but poor hospitality. Every morning, EARLY, we were either woken up by excessive stepping /running/ stomping upstairs, or someone using a leaf blower right outside our suite. I can understand someone walking upstairs, occasional footsteps, but this was excessive running back and forth LOUDLY to where we were woken up out of our deep sleeps EVERY MORNING. We also noticed a strange stain on the bed spread as soon as we got there, which isn’t very comforting. The parking was extremely inconvenient/difficult. The homeowners also had inconsiderate guests who blocked the driveway, making it impossible to exit, and we had to intervene and take care of the situation. Also very hypocritical of them to enforce a “no noise after 10 pm rule” excessively, and then be inconsiderate of the noise their making early every morning and all throughout the day.

    Nice stay

    Property very nice. Nice neighborhood. Great amenities. Nice bathroom/shower, comfortable bed. Parking very convenient. At times the noise from above (house) distracting.

    Very pleasant & quiet stay!

    My partner & I visited for a Labor Day weekend. The listing is about the size of a hotel suite. Very soft bed in a cozy bedroom; large bathroom,; wonderful kitchenette set up. Living room space was comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood within a few minutes walk of a shopping area. Would definitely use again for a weekend retreat!

    Cozy clean and comfortable

    This was a great place to stay. You are in the basement of a home but other than hearing footsteps it did not bother me. The hot water was slow to warm up, but then I figured out that the handle was just switched. I never could figure out the tv. There were no instructions on how to use.

    Very nice place to stay….only space for two ppl

    Everything was great, it was clean and very cozy. We used the fire place in the bedroom because it can get a bit chilly in the basement but it warmed up just fine. The only problem we had was the little one upstairs playing around at night but hey what can you do with kids lol and someone else parked in our designated spot the last 2 nights we stayed but there was still space to park. Over all it was a good experience! Thank you Thy!

    Beautiful place

    Check in was a bit weird but the owner responded to my mgs super fast! And the place was beautiful, but it’s located in a basement so if you don’t mind hearing footsteps above you and toilet flushing it’s a cute spot. My favorite feature was the fireplace. And the bed was super comfortable

    Clean and Updated

    Property is Clean, Fresh, Safe and Secure. We had all that we needed. (Toaster Oven, Griddle, Refrigerator and Microwave. 2 modern Fireplaces and nice updated Bathroom with Large Shower. Things to know: • No Television in Bedroom. • No Thermostat (Climate Control) • You can hear the Footsteps and Voices of Hosts.

    Nice location

    Unit was small but nice for 2 people. Nice cool , air conditioned with easy door code entry. It’s actually the basement of the owners house. Good parking and peaceful location. It was perfect for 4 days and the price was right. I would say only downside was the ants on counter in kitchen so don’t leave food out.. Also, lots of ruckus upstairs on our last morning there. Maybe they were anxious for us to leave. Overall nice place for the money.

    Cozy Haven!

    I truly enjoyed my stay and hated to leave! The place is true to photos. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I was able to go out for a walk. Very convenient and near freeway. Loved the fireplaces in bedroom and living area. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend.

    Loved it!

    We loved this suite. There were some complications with Vrbo and the place was double booked on one of the nights we were meant to stay but Thy was very communicative and quick to fix the situation! Lovely place, would recommend!
