Beautiful Bright 6 bedroom home in the heart of Buckhead

Hello and welcome. Step into your next adventure at this luxurious yet delightfully charming home in the heart of Buckhead. The house has been newly renovated and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. Your whole group will enjoy easy access
to take in Atlanta, as you'll be minutes away from all the action. We have tried to think of everything to help you have fun, relax and recharge.
Enter a spacious great room with high-end furnishings including: plush seating, a large smart TV, a gas fireplace, modern decor and colorful accents. The nearby dining room features a large dining table that's perfect for your family feast. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar, complete with ice maker, and enjoy it on the hanging daybed swing on the back porch. Just off the great room you will find a light filled sunroom, perfect for reading a book or taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home. It features an island, quartz countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances; including a Wolf gas range. You will love sitting in the adorable breakfast nook and drinking your morning coffee. A Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods are provided so that you will have all the essentials to get your day started. The outdoor deck has a gas grill. You won’t have to worry about refilling the propane; we’ve taken care of every detail of your experience here.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. You will love the comfy beds and will be sure to wake up refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city, which is right outside your door.

1st Floor
Along with the kitchen, dining room, great room and sun room, you will find a mudroom with a half bath and three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All three 1st floor bedrooms offer tv's and queen size beds.

2nd Floor
The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a flat screen tv, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bath. The spa-like bathroom has a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. There are also two more upstairs bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds and the second has a queen bed.

The sunny backyard has a deck, pergola with hanging daybed swing, chairs to lounge in, a gas grill and a small fenced in yard for the kids to run and play.

There is plenty of seating throughout, so everyone can spend time together and find quiet moments to themselves.

With everything this home has to offer, you may not want to leave. If you decide to venture out, we recommend taking a long walk and checking out all of the breathtakingly beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Garden Hills is a safe and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Buckhead. Although many cafes, restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk, the neighborhood feels peaceful and secluded. Garden Hills boasts four parks, the closest being Garden Hills Park, is just a 5 minute walk away. There is also an amazing neighborhood pool, also a 5 minute walk. Entrance into the pool is $5.00 per person, children under two enter for free. The pool opens in late May.

Guests have complete access to the house and all outdoor spaces.
Guests also have access to the basement, where the laundry is located.
