Host is great. For us the property was fine as we needed to be at GA Tech all week and had a dog with us. The yard is fenced in which was great for us. The parking isn’t the best with a shared driveway but again we had 1 car so it was fine. WiFi worked well. Tv in master didn’t really have any value as it didn’t connect to anything but the couch was nice and the other bedroom tv worked fine. Kitchen is nice cabinets and beautiful countertops with a big fridge/freezer. The flooring is a little rough. Seems like it was put in new but maybe had some water damage? Some soft spots and there was a water stain in the family room ceiling. A fresh coat of paint and maybe some subfloor work may be needed. Bed rooms are decent sized and beds were good to sloop in. The washer and dryer worked very well. We never used the hot tub but it looked good although there was a lot of tree droppings on the deck and the outside table etc. still nice to have. There are a lot of loud dogs in the area. It’s not the best neighborhood but certainly not the worst and all the people we encountered were very friendly. If you want a place to stay that is functional this is fine. If you are needing a really upscale fancy place this probably isn’t what you want. If you have more than 2 cars in your group this would be a challenge or you must park in the road. Would I stay again? Yes because it fit what we needed and was easy to get to places
