"I stayed at this hotel for five nights, which was a big mistake. Dogs barked the whole night. I went to the front desk to complain, and they told me they would take care of it, but they never did. I couldn’t sleep. The floor was not well maintained. Throughout my stay, I only saw one staff member. I visited the front desk multiple times to ask for towels, but no one helped me. The list goes on."

"The hotel room was great, and overall we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff/service was excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned directly over the beds, so the cold air blew right on us while sleeping. It made the beds feel a little too cold, especially with the air blowing directly down. A simple improvement might be to add an air deflector or vent redirection cover to help direct the airflow away from the beds. Other than...

"The room was nice. The shower gel dispenser was empty. Beds were comfortable. TV signal was bad because of heavy rain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Your typical hot hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, waffles, juice, milk, cereal. They left the coffee machine on all day, so you could get coffee anytime. The pool was nice and clean. But the hot tub was green and smelled awful."

"We killed several bugs in the room before leaving. Even several cockroaches. They were friendly and helpful but it was too much for me."

"The staff was courteous and reasonable. The room was clean with sufficient toweling. Minimum room amenities: one small wrapped soap and package of tissue instead of 3 soaps and boxes of tissue in the room. Heat was adjustable and adequately responsive to change. No loud noises from the area."
