"Perfect location for Old City Knoxville. So many restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The loft bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer and full bath all behind 1 door. Makes it easy to dress. The downstairs also has ample open space. Communication withthe management company was always easy. They want you to enjoy every minute of your stay. "

"Condo was great very clean I’m handicapped and the condo was on the ground floor easy to get around the unit enjoyed having my coffee in the morning on the patio would highly recommend any questions we had were addressed promptly "

"I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Had an absolute blast being close to the mill and mine, brother wolf, urban cafe, Hanna’s cafe, also big mentions on food for Fin Two, good golly tamale, and so many others! Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation!"
