The Space:

Surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Temple of Poseidon, this private villa welcomes you into a home filled with warmth, character and timeless vintage aesthetics. Built in the 1980s and lovingly maintained over the years, it combines traditional wooden furnishings, inviting interiors and generous outdoor spaces, creating a relaxed atmosphere for memorable moments with family and friends.



The villa is arranged across three main floors, with additional outdoor spaces on the ground level.



On the ground level, you will find covered outdoor dining areas, where you can enjoy meals and spend time together surrounded by greenery. Private parking is also available within the fenced property.



The first floor features two bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. A furnished veranda provides an additional place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.



The second floor includes a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Balconies offer views of the sea and the Temple of Poseidon, creating an inviting setting for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.



The third floor features two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape, the sea and the ancient temple.

You will have exclusive access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces. All spaces are yours to enjoy, except for the storage room in the garden.

Sounio lies at the southern tip of the Athenian Riviera, where pine-covered hills meet the Aegean Sea and ancient history shapes the landscape. The peaceful surroundings invite slow mornings and seaside evenings, with traditional tavernas within walking distance. Lavrio, around 6 km away, offers a lively harbour, shops, cafés and supermarkets.



The nearby coastline offers inviting spots for swimming and relaxation. Kavatza Beach, approximately 800 m away, is a natural cove with clear waters and rocky surroundings. Port Arthur Beach and Asimaki Beach, both around 1 km away, offer more opportunities to enjoy the Aegean close to home. Pasa Beach, approximately 2 km away, is another appealing coastal escape, while KAPE Beach, around 8 km away, is known for its turquoise waters, dramatic rocky scenery and secluded atmosphere.

Athens International Airport is approximately 40 km away, while central Athens is around 60 km from the property. Lavrio Port, approximately 7 km away, offers ferry connections to nearby islands such as Kea and Kythnos.



You can reach the villa by taxi, private transfer or rental car, following the route through Lavrio towards Sounio. Public buses also connect the airport with Lavrio, from where you can continue by taxi to the property.



A bus stop is located near the villa, although services run infrequently in general. Having a car allows you to explore the nearby beaches, traditional tavernas and coastal villages more freely and at your own pace. Private parking is available on site, and a local transfer contact can be recommended upon request.



Other Things to Note:

We kindly ask you to treat the property with care and respect the peaceful surroundings during your stay. Please observe the designated quiet hours, from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00 during summer (April to September), and from 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:30 to 07:30 during winter (October to March).
