The space
The apartment has mild colors, and it's ideal for relaxation. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.40 cm x 2.00 cm) with a brand-new multiple spring mattress and a private balcony. The room has air condition, 1 closet and a storage unit with drawers. The bathroom is right next to it.

The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00) and a private balcony. It has direct access to the kitchen and to the living room and has 2 doors for privacy. This room also has a modern dining table for 6.

The living room has 1 couch, coffee table, A/C, 2 armchairs, office table with 2 chairs and a smart 43” Sony 4K TV. In the living room you can enjoy the view towards the veranda where you can relax on the outdoor table and have a romantic dinner with candles and see the sunset colors.

The bathroom has a modern touch with a shower-head and a wall hung WC & Basin. There is superb shower pressure and ideal water temperature because of the solar boiler.

There is also a storage room to put your luggage, where you can also do your laundry in the washing machine that is provided.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. There is also an extra table and chairs for any use. Upon your arrival you will find a complimentary bottled water as well as coffee/tea/sugar and all basic herbs/oils for cooking.

The apartment is in general really quiet and you will love your sleep. You can enjoy the sun all day long, either inside or outside in the spacious balconies. All windows are double-glazed, and they have shutters that will help you sleep with no sun. Also, the windows have mosquito nets. There is a hardwood oak floor in most of the space that makes it nice to walk barefoot. When you decide to go out for a walk you will easily find places to buy food, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs and other essential services or shops. You can also visit the nearby pedestrian called “Fokionos Negri” which is very nice for a coffee break or lunch/dinner. From the apartment, you can walk towards downtown Athens. It’s a nice walk to feel the Athenian vibe.

Other things to note
You will get the keys from a Master lock locker box located outside the building. Details about your self check in will be available through Airbnb after the confirmation of your booking and a few days before your arrival.
