Villa à Beira-mar com Piscina Privativa e Vista Fabulosa Para o mar Egeu

  • A casa está situada em frente ao mar a poucos metros acima do nível do mar e tem acesso à praia. Bem na frente da casa, há a grande piscina de água salgada, 20x10m e 4 metros no seu mais profundo. A área da piscina está equipado com todas as comodidades necessárias, incluindo guarda-sóis, mobiliário, chuveiro, vestiário etc.

    É uma casa de campo 2 nível de 120 metros quadrados área, que foi construído no início do século 20 e totalmente restaurado para a condição atual. É foi construída em pedra e madeira que torna pittoresque. É em um local isolado, perfeito para relaxar.

    Na casa há 3 quartos. O primeiro eo segundo quarto tem uma cama de casal cada um. O terceiro quarto tem duas camas de solteiro. Há até mesmo um sofá-cama na sala de estar. Há duas casas de banho uma no piso superior com banheira e outro no nível mais baixo com um chuveiro. O nível mais baixo tem uma sala de estar e uma cozinha totalmente equipada (forno, geladeiras, microondas, máquina de lavar roupa), que leva fora da sala de jantar.

    No nível superior há uma varanda isolada com vista para o mar aberto. Por outro lado, há um pátio isolado, com um churrasco ao ar livre. Há também uma grande pérgola privado ao ar livre na casa na frente com vista para o mar ilimitado e é ideal para jantar.

    A casa está equipada com TV satélite, mobiliário básico, lençóis, toalhas etc pronto para uso.
    Há mesmo campo de ténis no jardim.

    Demora menos de 15 minutos a pé para o antigo templo de Poseidon, em Sounio.
    A casa é cerca de 40 minutos de distância do centro de Atenas, de carro e cerca de 20 minutos de distância do Aeroporto de Atenas.

Perfect Relaxing and Culture

We very enjoyed the stay and could perfectly relax at the beautiful pool. Also the proximity to culture places in walking distance was a big plus. In addition, it was very convenient to go to Athens for sightseeing

Perfect Family Holiday

This is a superb place to have a family holiday. Everything is thoughtfully planned. Really can’t beat the location, very close to the Temple and Lavrio.

Gorgeous Views!

The house was very clean and the views were stunning! We liked the quiet and non crowded location. The kids enjoyed the deep salt water pool and diving board … we were very happy the bedrooms had good AC -as it was very hot during our stay. The house is very charming. Was a really great memorable stay.

Wir wohnten in einem sehr außergewöhnlichen Haus mit viel Charme, riesigem Pool und brillanter Aussicht. Über eine Treppe gelangt zum Meer mit kleinen Strand, sonst Felsen.

Komplikationsloser check-in, da die housekeeper direkt vor Ort sind und sich extrem nett um alle Bedürfnisse kümmern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses absolut ausreichend. Wunderschöner Pool, gleichzeitig auch unkomplizierter Zugang zum Meer vom Haus aus. Mehrere kleine, sehr schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Unko.plizierte und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch möglich.

Accueil chaleureux avec un panier garni (vin, confiture, miel et cake maison!). Coquette maison en pierre bien équipée et surtout une très grande piscine (eau de mer) et une très belle vue .

Amazing villa

We had a fantastic 5 days here. The view is incredible, and the outside space is really amazing. The pool is huge and lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby and the supermarket is about a 10 minute drive. Very nice welcome basket of goodies. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Views, private acces to small beach.

The villa was in a lovely location, with beautiful views across the sea, and the pool was the best pool we've ever had at a villa, maintained daily by the caretaker. There was also on site access to a small beach area where we snorkeled. The hosts are friendly and attentive. We stayed for 7 days and really had a lovely reset. Thank you !

Herausragende Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Der Aufenthalt Ende September war herausragend schön. Die Unterkunft besticht nicht nur mit der Lage sondern auch mit einem riesigen Pool (Salzwasser) und auch sonst viel Platz. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind eher klein gehalten aber ausreichend und klimatisierten. Top!!

Absolutely perfect!

Such an amazing place! We had the best 10 days here, it was the perfect place to relax & recharge. The pool was huge and fantastic, the kids absolutely loved it. The house was just right with everything you could need, air con in the bedrooms was a fab. Location was great, super easy to get to from Athens airport and close to some fantastic restaurants and amenities as well as some brilliant beaches (although really easy access to the sea from the villa itself!) Hosts were fab, really helpful and easy communication. Just the perfect place for the perfect holiday!

Perfect Location

The location is on the ocean with a large pool and wonderful house. The view is spectacular. The trip time to the airport was about 40 minutes, making it a great spot for the initial or final days of vacation. The owner communicates quickly, and the on-site caretaker is always there to help. There is a security gate. We'll be back.

Fantastic Holiday

Wonderful villa with the great views & pool. A few minutes walk from a good taverna, not cheap but great quality. A short drive or 30 minutes walk to the Poseidon Temple. 10 minutes drive to the town of Laurium, with good supermarkets and a large selection of restaurants. Almost one and a half hour drive into the centre of Athens with busy traffic. One long day was enough for us to see the main sights, so we then stayed local. Great holiday thanks to the wonderful villa and attention from the caretakers.

Paradise!

The home looks exactly as you see in the photos. Excellent location and view. 10 minute drive to Lavrio for nice restaurants and shops. Prices at food stores and restaurants are very reasonable in this area of Greece. The owners were lovely and very easy to communicate with. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable but we got used to them as our stay went on. Outdoor shower and bathrooms were convenient with four adults staying in the house. Kitchen has all you need for simple breakfasts and lunch. Washing machine was a nice plus. Took advantage of the incredible view and swam in the pool daily- used the steps to walk down to the sea also a few times. Had a great trip!

We would love to come back

We stayed at the property for two weeks and had a wonderful and very relaxing vacation. On our arrival we received a very warm welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay. The housekeepers, Miranda, Anton and Alexandros, were always on hand to help if we had any questions or needed assistance. The house and the surrounding area are very well maintained and well equipped, so we didn't want for anything. The kitchen is fully equipped and, with the exception of a few extra chopping boards, we didn't miss anything. We often used the outdoor barbecue area and the pizza oven. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, functionally furnished and offer a beautiful view of the sea. We spent most of our time at the exceptionally large pool and enjoyed the wonderful view of the blue water. The host was very friendly, accommodating and always easy to reach. We would love to come back.

Un havre de paix

Premier séjour en Grèce...la canicule ne nous a pas permis de visiter ce beau pays, nous sommes restés la plupart du temps dans la maison et ses 3 terrasses ombragées qui bénéficient d'une petite brise légère et bien agréable. Heureusement qu'il y avait la clim dans les chambres et des moustiquaires aux portes et fenêtres. Cette maison est une perle avec sa vue incroyable sur la mer Egée, sa splendide piscine et son accès facile pour une baignade à la découverte des petits poissons. Merci au propriétaire et au concierge pour leur simplicité, gentillesse et discrétion. Nous souhaitons force et courage pour la reconstruction après ces incendies ravageurs. σε ευχαριστώ για όλα

We spent two weeks at this beautifully positioned villa and absolutely loved it. The place was just as photographed but even better in person. Most of our time was spent around the pool which was great for swimming lengths and for mucking about and having fun. Getting down to the sea is so easy from the house and provides great opportunity to see the sea life such as Turtles and Octopus.Our hosts were kind and attentive, we really appreciated their warm welcome and hospitality.We were very impressed with the inside and outside of the house and the great views including the opportunity to see the sunrise. For our day trip to Athens it was an easy, though long, drive to Sygrou Avenue where we were able to park easily in the underground car park aligned with the metro station. Thank you to our hosts for that recommendation. The Temple of Poseidon restaurant (with views) is worth a visit even if the temple is not on the cards. We had visited the Parthenon so we were able to get close to the Temple of Poseidon but did not want to visit this time around. We also visited one of the local restaurants within walking distance and had a tasty evening meal.We had two perfect weeks of sunshine and relaxation. Would definitely stay again and completely recommend it for a restful break in a beautiful part of the world.

Beautiful location

At the beginning of September we spent 10 days in this very nice cottage built of old raw stones. The house is exactly as described on the website and the pictures shown give a pretty detailed impression of its character. What we liked the most was the huge salt water pool and the large premises with its stunning sea view. There are various possibilities to sit respectively eat outside and still enjoy the shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and we were welcomed with a nice little package consisting of homemade jam, honey and cake among other things. If there was a tiny little disadvantage at all it might be the rather small size of bed- and bathrooms and the separation of the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor by just a built-in cupboard which makes both rooms a bit poorly soundproofed. Although one night we were also hit by the tail of the heavy rainfall that haunted Greece we spent amazing one and a half weeks that could hardly have been better. Thanks very much to Alexandros and his family!
