As we understood correctly, while hosting you, you were disappointed by the fact that there was no breakfast included and there was no lobby & locker rooms for you to change. Even though, your reservation was made on March 22 and it was very clearly stated that there is no breakfast included and is under a different brand name, we went and ordered breakfast at your apartment that the host paid by herself for you and your family. Even though, the property was not obliged to do so. We have also offered a different apartment for you to change,for free, so in total you used two. We have also offered a free late check out at 2pm. Also, we tried to put you in contact with your family that were trying to find you, as you had no working phones. In addition, all of our reviews are realistic and speak about our guest’s experience way before your arrival. We are proud to offer a great experience in our Apartments and we are sorry to hear that you have not experienced the same, despite all of our efforts. We hope you and the family are doing well.
