Lycabettus View, apartment in the centre of Athens

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern classic building right at the foot hills of the most spectacular mountain of Athens, Lycabettus. It is recently (2019) fully refurbised, fullfiling all requirements for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment has two balcony views. The first one has the view of Athens and the second one of mountain Lycabettus. Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma and Kolonaki square within walking distance and easily accesible (less than 10 minutes on foot).

From apartment's terrace you can enjoy amazing Acropolis view at night while drinking your wine and take photos. A traditional coffee shop is located at the ground level and a mini market very close to apartment promise to make your stay ever more comfortable. Also 20m away from house there is fantastic patisserie, with traditional greek sweets, which you should definitely taste. Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants. Visitors accesibility to all areas. The apartment is available for long term lease.

The apartment has access to Panipistimio (900m) and Syntagma (1400m) metro stations. Guests need less than 10 minutes to reach Syntagma Square by foot and then touring to Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki and Thiseio. However, you can use buses 025,026 and 027 to move from Syntagma square to Asklipiou road or the opposite. There are 2 ways to go from airport to house. The first option is to use metro from airport station to Panepistimio station. The route takes 38 minutes and the ticket costs 10 euros. The second option is to use X95 bus till Syntagma square. The route takes 40 minutes and the ticket costs 6 euros.

6) Greek wine from our village "Nemea", fruits and fresh water.
7) Always hot water from solar panels
8) In the bathroom you will have at your disposal: shampoo, hair conditioner, liquid soap for hands, bath towels, hand and foot.
9) 2 mosquito protection devices. The first one is in bedroom and the second one at balcony. You can use them if you want.
10) Radio CD, so you can listen greek radio or put your cd.
11) In the closets there are extra sheets and towels if you need.
12) If you want you can convert the sofa to bed.There are extra layers in the closets.

One of the best neighbourhoods in Athens. A perfect location in a walking distance from historic center in Athens and all the archeological sights and museums (5 to 15 min walking). Also neighbourhood is full of nice restaurants, coffee, taverns, shoping center, cinemas, theatres,and the same time it is relaxing ,friendly and safe. You are in a historical part of Athens!!
