It also features autonomous heating and air-conditioning and brand new electric appliances including two 55 inch smart TV’s in the living area and bedroom.

It is also facilitating your business needs as a computer screen and a keyboard are available with high speed Wi-Fi. A printer may be also provided upon request.

Within 3 minutes’ walk (260 meters) from the famous Kolonaki Square with immediate access to the most famous Kolonaki restaurants, bistros, clubs and all high-end brands of fashion boutiques.

Kolonaki is both classic and simple. With a stroll along its streets, you will meet some of the most impressive buildings of the capital with interwar architecture and the rustic apartment buildings of the 1930s. Walking on its busy streets, you can visit the Benaki Museum, the Museum of Cycladic Art, the Byzantine Museum and Gennadius Library. In its alleys, among the blossoming wetlands, if you look up your gaze you will face Acropolis and Parthenon.
Wonderful view of the city also offers the large corner balcony of our apartment. The huge living room and dining room is well-suited for relaxing in its comfortable places and for your business meetings.

The four bedrooms are properly furnished to comfortably accommodate eight people. Two en suite rooms, spacious wardrobes and two king-size beds offer you the luxury that emits the apartment from the very first moment you enter it.
One of the rooms has a desk, a sofa bed and a play area for our little guests.
The kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils and electrical appliances, is special in the center of the apartment so that it can easily accommodate all four bedrooms and common areas.

The apartment is diffused throughout the day with rich light, and from its corner balcony you live in the pulse of Kolonaki.
Easily accessible in just a few minutes are the brand-name shops of Kolonaki, Filiki Etairia square and Dexamenis square, the restaurants and cafes of the area for every taste and all means of transport.
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.

Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house.
