"The 1st day we checked in until the 3rd day of our stay, we inquired everyday about the indoor pool if and when is it going to be available for use and the front desk personnel informed us that the parts that was ordered already came in and they will have the maintenance people work on it and hopefully will be operable that afternoon or the next day. But next day came it didn’t happen and for sure we didn’t see any maintenance people working on it. (We was hoping that within our 3 days stay,...
