Evilion Maisonette in Athens is a new built (2021), cozy, comfortable and luminous place for up to 6 persons on the 4th and 5th floor located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Athens with many well known restaurants, bars and super market nearby.

Is is just 3 minute from Agios Savvas hospital and many other hospitals and just 330 meters from the metro Panormou (4 minutes)

"Flexible" check-in/-out time mean:
I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.

There aren't many rules to follow during your stay! You're on vacation anyway! We want you to feel like home.

We just ask that you respect the place, do not cause damage and keep the noise down during the quiet hours (15:00-17:00 & 23:00-07:00)
