Our guest suite is a spacious daylight basement apartment located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 2.6 miles from UGA! The suite features a comfortable living room with a TV, kitchenette, and small dining area. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom/office has a full-size futon with an additional memory foam topper for added comfort. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower. There’s also a separate game room with an air hockey table and arcade basketball game—perfect for relaxing and having some fun during your stay! *Please note that our family of five lives in the home above the suite. We do our best to be mindful of noise and respectful of our guests, and we kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy during your stay. You may occasionally hear normal household sounds from upstairs. *Additionally, our basement includes an unfinished area that we use for personal storage. This area will be closed off from the guest space and is not included as part of the rental. Guests will have private use of all of the finished spaces shown in the listing photos.
