The space
You will absolutely love staying in this spacious apartment in Ellinikon, perfect for you and your fellow travelers to relax and unwind. Conveniently accommodating up to 4 guests, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment features 2 tranquil bedrooms with double beds that promise rejuvenating sleep, air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your liking, and large wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organized.

The full bathroom is both functional and sleek, equipped with hot water, shampoo, and shower gel for a soothing bathing experience. A washer is also available for your laundry needs.

The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas into a great space for gatherings. Use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them at the dining table that seats 4, or relax in the living area while watching TV series.

When you need some fresh air, the spacious balcony is the perfect spot. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink while taking in the clear sky and heartwarming daylight, preparing you for an exciting Athenian adventure.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment, and there’s free parking on the premises for your convenience if you bring a car to explore the top sights of Athens.

*General House Rules
Please note the following house rules for all Athenean Experience properties:
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to book a stay.
• A valid ID or passport number (or AFM number for local guests) is required for check-in

*Pet Policy:
Please note that pets are not permitted at any of our Athenean Experience properties.

*Baby Cot Policy:
For your family’s comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Airport Transfer:
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, our Athenean Experience Transfer Team will be happy to arrange your airport transfer — available upon request.

*Key policy:
Guests are provided with one pair of keys.
If keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30euros for the cost of a lock change.

If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation.

There are 14 parking spots available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, free street parking is available.
