The apartment has 2 peaceful bedrooms, a full bathroom, a comfortable open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a large balcony.

The tranquil bedrooms offer luxurious double beds for refreshing sleep, air conditioning to set the perfect temperature, and ample closets to keep your belongings organized.

The stylish and functional bathroom has everything you need for a refreshing start to your day, including hot water, shampoo, and shower gel. For extra convenience, there is a washing machine for your needs.

The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living room, and dining area, creating an ideal space for gatherings. Use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, then enjoy them at the table that comfortably seats 4 people. Alternatively, relax in the lounge and enjoy your freshly prepared food while watching TV.

Rules Please note the following house rules for all Athenean Experience properties:
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• No Smoking is allowed in any part of the property.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation.
• A valid ID or passport number (or VAT number for local visitors)

*Baby Bed Policy:
For your family's comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Airport Transfer:
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, the Athenian Experience transfer team will be happy to arrange your airport transfer — available upon request.

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.

If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.

*Parking:
There are 14 parking spaces available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, free parking is available on our street.
