The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a very comfortable open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a spacious balcony.

The quiet bedrooms are incredibly comfortable to surrender to, offering amazing beds in which you will enjoy a refreshing night's sleep, air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your liking, and large closets to store your belongings neatly without having them scattered throughout the space.

The full bath includes all the essentials to enjoy freshening up, as it is completely functional, beautiful and stylish. Hot water, shampoo and shower gel are provided for the ultimate relaxing swimming experience. Also, don't worry about your laundry. There is a washing machine available!

The open plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area in one space is a wonderful space where wonderful gatherings will take place! Feel free to use all kitchen appliances and amenities to cook your most favorite meals and take them either to the dining room with comfortable 4 seats, or go to the living room and devour your delicious freshly prepared food while watching TV series to have fun.

When you need some fresh air, the spacious balcony has you covered! Grab your coffee or favorite drink and enjoy it while sipping it while enjoying the clear skies and dazzling daylight that prepares you for an exciting Athenian adventure.

Free wifi is provided and there is free parking on site in case you bring your cars to have a lot of fun while exploring the top attractions of Athens.

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.

If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.

There are 14 parking spaces available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, free parking is available on our street.
