The apartment is great for couples, as well as business people as it is perfectly located in the center of the city with access to various transportation options, all within a 6 minutes walk.

A stylish apartment ideal for up to 4 people which has a minimalistic and industrial decor. It consists of a spacious bedroom and a combination of a living room and an L-shaped fully equipped kitchen. It, also, has two balconies and a stylish bathroom decorated with mirrors.

There are lots of great restaurants and coffee bars within a few minutes walk and on Saturdays there is a food market that takes place nearby. The apartment is situated in the middle of everything in a neighborhood full of life! Ideal for every type of guest!

Victoria tube station is a 6 minute walk, hop on the train and after one stop you will be ready to explore the historical center of Athens.

Visit acropolis and Acropolis museum, shop at monastiraki, have a coffee at plaka, walk at Dionysiou Areopagitou, a splendid road at the feet of the Acropolis. The choices are endless!

There are also many bus stations close to the apartment, with buses running 24/7 transporting you to every single spot in the city.

The Viktoria, and especially Pedion Areos, is a well-known working-class neighborhood that has been experiencing gentrification for several years. However, if you’re uncomfortable navigating areas in the midst of gentrification, where you may occasionally encounter disadvantaged groups, this neighborhood might not be the best choice for you. What is the attraction of Viktoria? The area is lively, rich in history, and full of character. It's a dynamic, multicultural neighborhood offering a diverse selection of inviting cafés, restaurants, and bars. It is also very attractive that just a few minutes walk from the flat you will find the Pedion Areos park, the Hellenic Motor Museum, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National Archaeological Museum, the National Metsovio Polytechnic, the Kerameikos Museum, the Temple of Hephaestus, the Ancient Agora of Athens.
