This renovated apartment (summer 2022) is a heartbeat away from Acropolis, at the famous and historic area of Plaka!

The apartment is located in a very strategy place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis. This is not a joke at all, you will be in the heart of Athens and I mean it!

The apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms!

To get the apartment there is not an elevator. You have to climb ten steps to enter the apartment.

The whole property is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Entire property has free Wi-Fi!

Acropolis is the closest Metro station

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony

Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. ā€“ 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. ā€“ 5:00 p.m.

For late check in after 00:00 there is a small fee

Great location in the heart of Plaka. Can't beat the location. A few strange things, but not a big deal. The floors were pretty dirty, and we weren't allowed to flush toilet paper. We had to put used toilet paper in garbage. I've stayed in Plaka before, that was first time I've heard of that. Nevertheless, you should stay here. The location and design of the condo is awesome. And the owners were very communicative.

Modern place in Ancient Central Location

Beautifully designed modern apartment. Everything is high quality, new, clean and working perfectly. Location is brilliant for access to all the Plaka area offers. Its literally on a square full of busy outdoor restaurants. Noisy in the main room at dinnertime, but the bedrooms were quiet. One thing - if you're planning on cooking, we found no salt, pepper or olive oil. Otherwise, its a lovely place - you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful

Our stay in Athens was wonderful! The apartment was better than the pictures online. It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well-appointed. Bathrooms and beds are important to me. Both were great! The location was perfect. It was on a small plaza with good restaurants and easy walking distance to many of the important places to see. Could not recommend more highly!!

Das Appartement befindet sich in bester Lage im Viertel Plaka. Es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Gassen mit GeschƤften, die zum Bummeln einladen. Die Wohnung ist Ć¼ber einem der zahlreichen Restaurants. Die Metro ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch in der NƤhe. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und einladend. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter hat reibungslos funktioniert . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.

Spotless and in the perfect location

Our familyā€™s stay in Athens was amazing, mostly due to the location of the home and the wonderful hospitality of the hosts and locals. The Plaka neighborhood is beautiful and buzzing with energy yet the home felt peaceful and provided us a little haven to rest up when we werenā€™t out exploring. We will hopefully stay again as we fell in love with Athens.

We loved our stay at Ancient Athens Great Apt Home Office w/Acropolis View! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; well decorated apartment with a view of the Acropolis. Peaceful apartment in Plaka

This apartment is right on a busy, sometimes loud square in Plaka, but the bedrooms are in the back, and with the AC on, the apartment was blissfully cool and quiet. Perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and a stylish modern vibe, very centrally located. Would recommend!

Great apartment in Athens

We loved our stay at this apartment. The bedrooms were well appointed and the bathrooms were modern and huge! We liked that there were lots of drawers and closets for our belongings. The air conditioning was some of the best we've experienced in Europe. There was plenty of room for hanging out in the living area. George was helpful when checking us in. The location was great for reaching all the big tourist sights in Athens. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go (Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, etc). Note that this apartment is on a bustling square in a touristy area, so if you are looking for something off-the-beaten path, this isn't it. The area definitely got crowded at times. The apartment, however, was quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful property close to everything!

Perfect location to visit all the historic sites. No transport needed once arrive from airport. Transport was arranged for our group by the property manager. We walked everywhere (only 5-10 walk) to visit: Acropolis, Hadrianā€™s Arch, National Park, Tomb of Unknown Soldier, food, and shops. A little loud in evenings if trying to sleep due to nearby restaurants, but didnā€™t matter to our group.

Lovely apartment, clean, has everything you need and it is located right in the center for shopping & restaurants, The Acropolis, the Acropolis museum and the Temple of Zeus are near by. We will stay here again if available.

Ideal Plaka

The location is fantastic! You are in Plaka and can walk the entire city easily. The apartment is luxurious, although VRBO could have supplied more personal amenities such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, towels, etc. Otherwise, we significantly enjoyed our stay there. Also, we used VRBO to book our transfers to and from the airport and a day long trip to Meteora for four. Transportation was A+.

Great apartment in a great location

This is one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. The apartment is very light, spacious, stylish and comfortable and no more than a 10 min walk from all the sites, with good restaurants close by (the Ionos restaurant downstairs makes a very good Aperol Spritz!) Two good sized ensuite bedrooms with very comfy beds - both bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so you do not hear anything from the square outside the front. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Athens and highly recommend the apartment.

Spacious Apartment - heart of Plaka

This is one property that exceeded our expectations. We signed up for an airport pickup and Vasili was really knowledgeable on Greek history and the historical sites which was a good introduction to the country. The apartment is located in the heart of the Plaka with restaurants all around it. You step outside of the apartment and to the left is the perfect spot for capuchinos. The Acropolis is about a 10 minute walk. The apartment had two nice sized bedrooms and two enormous bathrooms. Apartment was tastefully decorated as well. Finally, property manager George was very prompt in his correspondence. Overall an amazing apartment at a great location.
