Cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Asuncion

The apartment is housed on the 4th floor of the building with an amazing view of the city. The building has 2 elevators and a 24/7 doorman in the entrance.
The entire place is air-conditioned and is suitable for up to 3 guests (2 in the bedroom plus 1 in the sofa bed in the living room), with the possibility of placing a cradle in the room. Also, a hair dryer, free internet WIFI, bed linen, soap and towels are supplied.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, double windows to eliminate any external noise, blackout curtains and an integrated safe.
The living room is furnished with a 49” Smart TV, a comfy sofa bed, a desktop computer, and a dining table (bar table). The living room is open to the balcony so you may enjoy the view of the city from the comfort of the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washer, dryer, filter coffee machine, water boiler, sandwich maker (you can use it as toaster as well), blender, cookware, and silverware. Also, the kitchen area includes an iron and ironing board.
