We really enjoyed our stay in Stateroom 2, the one closer to the water. It was really well appointed with all of the creature comforts that we enjoy at home. The aesthetic is ecclectic with a mix of modern finishes and vintage furniture pieces throughout.The views out of all of the windows in the suite were excellent and give the impression of floating on the water, especially at high tide.Overall, the property is quiet at night, being well off the main highway. This place was ideally situated for us and all of the places we wanted to go were just minutes away.We really appreciated the coffee bar which helped us bridge the time between wakeup and our daily visit to Coffee Girl on the pier.Our one minor critique was the comfort of the queen bed. We are pretty spoiled with our bedding at home and at the other properties we've visited. But everything else was just wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Stateroom #2 was very comfortable with wonderful cross breezes given its location on the bay. Bring a pair of binoculars to check out the water fowl and local fishing boats during both high and low tides. Astoria is beautiful.... I enjoyed discovering the shops and riverfront walks however the neighborhoods, Flavel House in particular, were just as enjoyable and fun to discover. I will definitely visit the area again !

Interesting, nice accommodation in Astoria!

My husband and I were very pleased with this booking, which I will call an apartment, since it is a compact accommodation. It was was sparkling clean. There are lovely views out both sides of the unit. Comfortable queen bed. Tasteful furnishings, blankets, etc. The sofa is really two recliners that are lovely for relaxing and either taking a quick nap or watching the television. Parking is convenient, right off the road and near the front door. We had a heron to watch in the water the first afternoon we arrived. Didn't see it again until 5 days later when we were packing up and it was back, I assume to say goodbye!

The property exceeded our expectations! It was clean and cozy and the instructions and directions were very clear. The host was responsive, the internet information wasnā€™t working and they go right back to me and it was all good!

Oregon coast trip

The property is a perfect location! It is clean and quiet. Perfect spot to check out all of Astoria and the Goonies filming sites. Itā€™s a little tricky finding the entrance and GPS overshoots it by a little bit so you might need to make a U Turn. There seemed to be only two rentals on property and a main caretaker area so if you want this spot book it early. Itā€™s perfect for four adults to stay comfortably but I wouldnā€™t recommend any more than four.

Quick coastal get away

Comfortable and cozy stay on the water. Relaxing place to stay with good wildlife viewing on both sides of the unit. Easy access to everything we planned to do in Astoria. The second bedroom (bunkbeds) is a bit cramped for a teenage boy.

Serenity in Nature

Parkerā€™s Landing is a beautiful spot close to town but just off the beaten path enough to feel like youā€™re in your own little world. The space was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Watching birds from our deck (eagles, cranes, egrets, etc.) was truly a highlight. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this location twice. Once in each apartment. The location is convenient. The amenities are good and the apartments are very clean and neat. Should the need arise I would definitely stay here again.

A unique place to stay!

Itā€™s a beautiful location on the Youngs River. Sunrise from the deck with a hot coffee was the best. Love the full kitchen and entire apartment. Astoria is such a great city and the vast water views are breathtaking.
