WellHome Asti is a professional non hotel accommodation business (holiday home), duly registered with the Chamber of Commerce with a VAT number and equipped with a National Identification Code (CIN) not a hotel with a reception desk, and not an apartment occasionally rented out by a private individual. It is a professional property made up of 5 independent one bedroom apartments, each with its own private entrance, in a single building in the heart of Asti, with a terrace and private garden for the exclusive use of guests: a green outlook that has no equal in the city centre of Asti.

All the apartments are independent and overlook a large terrace with a garden for the exclusive use of guests.

Each apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable sofa (which turns into a comfortable bed for two), a bathroom and a private terrace. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Asti.

WellHome is an home holidays consisting of 5 apartments on the first floor of the same building. All apartments are independent and overlook the large terrace with garden. We are a 7/10 minute walk from the historic center of Asti, easily reachable after leaving the car in the square below the house with free parking. Tranquility and independence a few steps from the city center.

In person welcome from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (arrivals after 10:00 PM only if agreed before booking). Two days before arrival you will receive by email the link to your private area, where you will need to: enter the details and a photo of the identity document of each guest (ID card front and back, or passport) indicate your arrival time request extras and pay for them online or on arrival Extras: Sofa bed for 2 guests sleeping in separate beds: 15 per night Pet: 20 per pet for every 7 nights or part thereof Private garage, if available: 15 per night Cot and high chair: free of charge for children under 2 years old (Grignolino up to 2, other apartments 1) Guests: 1 to 4 people with a bed, plus infants under 2 years old in a cot. The number of guests must match the booking. The tourist tax is already included in the rate. The full stay rules, the privacy policy and the terms and conditions are available on the property's official website and are sent by email after the booking is confirmed.

The property is located in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from Asti's historic center, ideal for exploring the city without sacrificing comfort and tranquility. All major amenities are nearby, with public transportation stops right outside the building and the train station about 300 meters away. Free parking is available in the square and nearby streets.

Free street parking; 1 minute breakfast bar, home delivery possible; Wednesday and Saturday there is the market right in the square next to the house; 5 minutes walk from the train station and supermarket; 10 minutes walk to the center, attractions and museums; a few minutes by public or private transport from the UNESCO protected wine landscapes ... Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

Independent heating, air conditioners, mosquito nets and electric shutters; kitchen with accessories; satellite TV, Wi Fi hairdryer, iron and ironing board slippers and bathroom supplies; a machine for coffee, coffee and tea baby cot and chair on request (children up to three years of age do not pay).
