"Spacious house, nicely equipped, perfect for two families travelling together. We hade a great time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful views and having great meals on the patio. Peter, the host, was very easy to get a hold of, answering all our questions and helping us out. Dina was the perfect neighbour. We can highly recommend this villa. "La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire…...

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. "La casa è perfetta, non manca nulla ed è tenuta in maniera splendida. La zona è ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare il parco del Gran Sasso. Il paese è molto piccolo e mancano alcuni servizi utili come il bancomat, ma comunque nei paesi vicini si trova tutto. Se dovessimo tornare in Abruzzo torneremo sicuramente ad Ofena."

"Das Ferienhaus ist wie von Lennart beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre im Haus einmalig. In der Aussenanlage mit überdachter Terrasse, Pool und herrlichem Weitblick lässt es sich auch bei 35 sehr gut aushalten. Der Kontakt mit Lennart und Mila (diese ist vor Ort) war stets problemlos.Also: Haus, Pool und Lage, top. Klare Empfehlung von mir.Anmerkung: evtl. Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer anbringen."

"The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay"

"This was hands-down our favorite place to stay in Italy. Not only was the house beautiful itself, but the views of the mountains were stunning! Valentina and Alessandra went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even assisted with making plans, booking restaurants, and finding information about our relatives in the area. "Casa Mimo was a lovely, comfortable home away from home while we explored the Abruzzo region. The home was clean and very well equipped and had a binder with all the information about the home and area. Our host was always available for any questions and very quick to respond. One of the highlights of the area, for us, was the Grotte di Stiffe caves. Would recommend Casa Mimo for anyone looking to stay in the area"
