"A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners. "

"Beautiful villa in a great location close to the Old Town but private and quiet. Free bikes available for a ride to the beach and rice fields nearby plus the pool was a real treat. Highly recommended."

Quarto bem mobiliado, novinho e enorme, mas com vários defeitos: cama muito firme para mim (boa pra quem gosta de colchão mais duro); chuveiro ótimo mas esfriava a água em menos de 5 minutos; e o principal: a porta do toalete é transparente (péssima para casais!). Achamos o café da manhã incluido bem fraco e em um dos dias que tínhamos mais tempo fomos comer fora. Vale tentar ficar mais perto do centrinho histórico, principalmente para a volta de lá a pé de noite....

"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
