"An attractively presented property with quality furniture and fittings. Has a well equipped kitchen with all the utensils you could wish for. Very efficient heating system. Wi-Fi worked well. Excellent owners, willing to supply good suggestion for walking, pubs and local insight etc."

"This is not a luxury house. Cheap second hand uncomfortable furniture, a smelly oven that may not have been cleaned for years (if ever???) and crockery that we needed to wash before we used it. We are not fussy people, but clean and comfortable should be a bare minimum....
Worst of all though was a chirping smoke alarm on the first floor landing, indicating a dead battery. On closer inspection, there wasn't even a battery fitted!! I offered to replace it if the owner couldn't arrange it for...

"Second time staying here. Nice room with all the facilities you need. Bed a bit small.
Getting in the property using the GOKI app they said to download didn’t work. Stuck outside for 15 mins trying to get it to work. All info requested entered but still said not checked in. In the end used the key code.
All in all can’t fault it really, location right in the centre of Harrogate. I park in west park car park on tower road next to Travelodge as 24 hour parking for £9.00."

"Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. "Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."
