"The host Noreen, greeted us at the front door and showed us to our room on the first floor. The interior was beautiful and decorated very nicely. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our room was small but adequate. The breakfast provided the next morning was wonderful. We had a full Irish Breakfast. Cereal, yogurt, juice, home made bread & jams were available as well. The site had plenty of parking available for guests on site. I highly recommend the Perrymount B&B."

"Wonderful facility! Kevin is a great host."

"Breakfast was great"

"The staff were all fantastic couldn't fault any of them. The bar area is great and has a good atmosphere."

"Second time to say here within a few weeks. One of our favourite places to stay. Very friendly staff, good food, comfortable room, and lovely location in the Vale of Avoca. All good."

"Beautiful location, friendly staff and nice restaurant with variety of food options. But rooms are outdated. We stayed at newer building where the Smokehouse is, so can't say anything about main building and how well it maintained."

"When we arrived, night porter very helpful. The only issue with the room was that the main light did not work which was also connected to the bedside lamps. The breakfast is very good, I ordered poached eggs on toast my son had the small full Irish, Macrina out waitress was very polite and informative. Would definitely recommend it."

"Was only 8klms to go back into town for dinner but the breakfast at the cottage was amazing"

"Nice facilities, didn't care for the bunk bed in the room, not very comfortable and a bit claustrophobic."

"Great location. Very clean and safe hotel. Very friendly owner!"

"The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. We truly recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend a great...

"5 minute drive to Enniscorthy town centre. Easy routes to Wexford and Waterford. Just under two hours from Dublin airport by car. Lovely and peaceful. You could hear the birds sing and the sheep bah lol"
