We are located within walking distance to the historic Stow Ferry and minutes from Bemus Point. I86 is a minute away. The Chautauqua Institute and beautiful Lakewood are less then 10 minutes away and across the street is Hogans hut the largest bait and convenience store on the lake. Get fresh made sandwiches, all your fishing needs, and Perrys Ice Cream with a 2 minute walk at Hogans hut. This is the perfect spot to unwind on the lake and be minutes away from all the region’s major attractions

The Space
The house is a 4 season 2-bedroom cottage sitting on a large lot with a firepit and mature trees on a quiet side street just a few steps from Stow Ferry. This is a well appointed fully furnished home that has two first floor bedrooms one with a queen bed, One Full size bed in the other bedroom, and a pull-out queen in the living room and 3 single convertible chair beds. You can comfortably sleep 8 in the home. Window air conditioners are installed for the hot summer nights. The house has a full-size washer and dryer, and fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom with on Demand heat and dishwasher. You have high speed internet and Roku TVs in the Living room and Main Bedroom.

Outside you have a large yard with fire pit, A wicker patio set to enjoy the outdoors, and plenty of parking for your cars, boats, and other toys. The wooded area adjacent to the property brings in pretty wildlife and creates a beautiful quiet natural environment to enjoy your coffee in the morning, relaxing fires at night, and a space for your family to enjoy the tranquility of this rustic wooded scene

Enjoy Panama rocks, The Chautauqua wine trail, Bemus Point (via the stow ferry or the 86 bridge), Prendergast boat launch (largest free launch on the lake), and Long Point state park. Mayville, Westfield, Jamestown and Lakewood are very close by so you'll have lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options on and off the lake.
