"It was outstanding accommodations, comfortable bed great tub and shower. Met the owner and spent some time in the attached pub. Staff was amazing, had breakfast the next morning and that was outstanding as well. Definitely a recommendation to stay here."

We were offered a drink from the bar when we arrived and on departure a coffee for the journey, never have we had this while staying in a pub! "We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10. "
"This is a gothic type hotel. Our room was very comfortable and nice. Had a slight problem with dust. We had originally booked three nights but only stayed one night as the hotel premises were not what we expected, especially the breakfast dining which I believe is not very appropriate for having breakfast. However our breakfast was brought up and was excellent. The photos of the hotel on this site should show the premises so that people know what to expect. "

Food, breakfast and dinner - the Continental Breakfast was excellent and very nicely presented. We also had dinner in the bar/restaurant and that was good, well-presented and delicious.
Parking - there is no parking but we simply used a nearby Morrisons and paid a modest price for parking there using the JustPark app.
