"Had everything we needed for 6 guys who were there for fly fishing - we relaxed in the evenings and used the grill and outdoor patio and kitchen quite a bit - downstairs tv room was great to watch movies before bed. Plenty of amenities for kitchen and bathrooms."

"Everything was great! The place was spotless, everything was organized and labeled. Everything we needed from shampoo to laundry detergent was provided. The hosts were also lovely and very understanding as our flight was delayed so we arrived a day late. 10/10 would recommend - thank you! Only note would be that the sprinkler system hits the walls of the master bedroom which can be loud sometimes! "

"Our family of 6 came (3 kids) came for the weekend to explore the Dinosaur Monument and state parks. It was fantastic! Location is perfect, 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces for everyone to spread out was wonderful. Full kitchen, laundry, back porch with a view, couldn’t have been better. Super clean and tidy, definitely would stay again!"

"We sure enjoyed our stay. We came as a few mom with our daughters to play a softball tournament nearby. The place was clean comfortable. Air conditioning worked great after being in the sun all day. The girls loved the hot tub and gas fireplace. We loved listening to the crickets and frogs at night in the rocking chairs out on the porch. And the stars at night were beautiful. Thanks for a relaxing stay. The girls didn’t even get to playing pickleball. Maybe next time!"

"The farmhouse was perfect for our July 4th weekend stay! It was very clean, well appointed and even had raspberries in the back yard! Was a little concerned that it did not have air conditioning , but the window unit and fans really did the trick!It was in a perfect location for our activities in Vernal.Would highly recommend."

"It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. "
