Pond Cottage is located on the Frasers of Coldharbour Farm estate, Egerton which is nestled in an idyllic location in the heart of the Kent countryside between Ashford and Maidstone, only one hour from London. The estate comprises of the main farmhouse, an oast house and large converted barn both used as holiday accommodation, a restaurant serving brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals, and a lovely garden seating area for dining in the warmer weather. The estate is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which is perfect for walking and cycling. Further afield there are lots of places to visit including Leeds Castle, Sissinghurst Gardens, the medieval City of Canterbury with its iconic cathedral, and numerous quality vineyards and golf courses.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
