The large windows bathe the rooms with natural light. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a sofa and smart TV, as well as a patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine! There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). There is a modern bathroom, with a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free parking on site for 1 car.

The Neighborhood:

Situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes from the Designer Outlet Shopping centre, you will find a huge array of shops restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, as well as a choice of local parks within walking distance. It is a just a 20 minute walk to Ashford Ton Centre and 10 minutes walk to the Train Station.



Getting Around:

There is plenty on offer within walking distance including a choice of nearby bars, restaurants and cafes. If you want to head in to central Ashford, it is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The train Station is just 10 minutes walk away with national rail links to the rest of the country.
